We changed the promoter to Sergio (A Spanish guy), and every time we go, it's just perfect. He always assures us we are going to be comfortable. Whenever we have a doubt, he comes to us to help. He is super sociable and pleasant. Best promoter. If you are going to Cuckoo, ask for "Sergio."

It was a really good experience and one of the bouncers Aymen the tall guy was really calm and nice, and he was willing to help and explain some stuff which made the club staff look really professional and helpful
