I would say that it's better than the average KFC; in particular, the food tastes really great. I have been many times over the years and will continue to visit as this KFC has never disappointed me.
The downstairs seating area is okay but not the best, meanwhile the staff are alright but I suppose there isn't much interaction here. It's ok. Don't mind, because the food is surprisingly high standard, not just for a KFC but for any fast-food restaurant in general.
It's in a good location, just easy to forget about since it isn't on Powis St (the main Woolwich highstreet) but just a little off, on a parallel road, Thomas St. Still good. I am always happy with this KFC.

The menu is completely different since the last time I had it
The app is not so user friendly. Staff doesn't know how to cancel the duplicate order. Food is good though.
They called my order to collect - on the screen - before it was actually ready which was stupid. Otherwise no complaints. KFC tends to be very consistent.
Nice and clean restaurant.
Staff is very cooperative and food serve hot and in good time.
Went in for lunch and ordered 2 wrap meals.
The customer service at till is not very friendly or patient.
I asked about sauces options wre available for the wrap, I got an answer with the server rolling her eyes. I refuse to believe that every customer has the menu options memorised.
Took a seat on the lowe ground floor, tables were clean but no tissues or sauces available.
If we make a comparison between KFC and other chicken shops the KFC chicken will win because it is prepared in a special way.
But in the serving hall I found few tables with chairs on. The atmosphere was affected by that.

I mean it could be better but it's Woolwich and it's KFC. What can one expect?
The sitting area is on basement floor. Pretty tiny but enough to just get the kids fed and not as busy as any other fast food chains, possibly because it's close to, but not in the Woolwich high street. I often "forget" this place exists due to location being a bit off one's eye sight.
Staff are reasonably friendly and they provide a satisfactory service. Not outstanding just regular.

Was lovely and great service offered and given.
It is a nice restaurant. It is clean and spacious. However, they do not do snack boxes and that was the main thing I get from kfc. I don't know they did that. Please bring it back. Thank you.
Fast no nonsense serving..food fresh and piping hot.. glad I stumbled across the place it could Easily get overlooked..maybe a bit of advertising near the train station is the ticket??!!..
The food was good, though, the staff weren't as friendly as expected. There's a big sitting area, but u have to go down the stairs, which was impossible for me because I had my niece sleeping in her pram. There are about 4 seats for people like me who won't be able to go down the stairs
