Romeo gave us great service and was very very kind. The food was also very well portioned and delicious, a great lunch deal as well! Lots of vegan/vegetarian options.
My husband and I always drive past this place and finally decided to try it out, seeing as he remembers this place already being here during his childhood.. We must say, we were not disappointed and have found our favourite local Indian restaurant!!
Staff were very, very pleasant, the wait for our food seemed reasonable, and everything was very tasty! Not to mention that the bill came up to not even £40 and we both left with our bellies very full!

Delicious food, a local gem serving fresh authentic Indian food. Much better than any other Indian I've been to in London. Prices are reasonable. 5 stars for amazing, fresh, well-presented food.
We did have to wait for 45 minutes for our food so criticism of staff prioritising local take aways is fare hence rating as 4 stars. We were absolutely starving. Restaurant customers must be prioritised or if take away queue is too long, snacks should be offered on the house.
First started ordering from here during lockdown, my favourite dish is always the butter chicken and stuffed naan, the wife loves the lamb biryani, great portions, great taste and value.
Hamza was our server and he was so amazing. 10/10 Indian food in a very nice location. My chicken tikka masala was soooo fire.
If your looking for a great takeaway this is the place the food was lovely hot and delicious and the staff were great just want to say a big thank you to the manager I would highly recommend this restaurant

Excellent place staff are extremely polite and friendly almost gives you a welcome in-home atmosphere food is beyond delicious I have been coming here for about 25 years.
I use to wait up for my Dad to come back from his night out because I knew he would stop off at this place and be getting food.
And now 25 years down the line I bring my daughter here.
I would recommend this place to everyone and I have done so.

Dhansak comes with rice! Like the 80s . Yummy flavoursome food. Great chapati also. Recommended.
It been ages since eating here. Looking for an excellent curries the Taj Mahal it is. The food is cooked fresh with full great flavours. If you like to taste something spicy with lots of flavour try the Naga dishes.
Two of us ate well tonight. We were quite late and the service was excellent. The decor that has not changed in 30+ years is reassuringly comfortable and warm. The prawn pooree starters were not as saucy as usual, but everything else was perfect. Ended with nice hot wipes and mint chops to finish The prices are reasonable considering the attention to detail.

This was our first time with using Taj Mahal.
Our food was delivered 35 minutes after ordering. It was piping hot. The meal was tasty, fresh with ample portions. The delivery man was friendly. Will definitely order again.
Pass this restaurant daily but never thought about exploring it as it doesn’t look particularly inviting from the outside. Recently we had dinner there for the first time and although it took a long time for the food to arrive ( while delivery drivers were coming in and taking take always) it was worth the wait.
Delicious , authentic curry cooked with fresh ingredients, plenty of it and very well priced.
