This is a new update for my favourite coffee goto place - Starbucks Reserve @ The Gardens mall. The other evening my wife and I decided to treat ourselves after shopping to take advantage of a Tuesday promo - spend RM38 in a single receipt with card or mobile app and receive a free glazed donut. Good deal...my grande latte was usual, good quality and choc muffin excellent. However, my wife's grande caramel frap in her tumbler felt short changed. C'mon Starbucks, you are better than this. Just because there is a promo on offer donut (?) cheat on the purchased product. I still give it 4 stars as I hope this was a one off disappointing experience.

Cool place in London to have coffee at morning time.
Excellent customer service when we visited last Wednesday at lunch time. The ladies serving us were competent, friendly and courteous, service was fast and efficient with great tasting beverages. Plus store clean, tables bussed regularly and distancing in place. A truly pleasant experience!
I visited a few days ago with my pregnant wife who urgently needed to use their toilet. Angela the supervisor was extremely kind. She took care of my anxious wife showing compassion and sensitivity, reassuring her she could use the the toilet and even stood outside to make sure everything was fine while I grabbed myself a coffee. Also the young male was very nice and made me a great latte. We will definitely come back!
Nicole and Leslie were so kind to me, my phone gas ran out of battery, they gave me their charger and super dooper coffee, that made my day!!!
It was clean and comfortable, very nice atmosphere and kind personnel.
Thank you very much indeed!
Depending on the time of day you visit, this can get very cramped. It's rather small with only a few tables inside but it's the usual Starbucks you can order and take away while moving about the City. It is in a convenient location just next to Monument underground station.
Really nicely laid out small Starbucks for a Covid world; seating area close to open doors and great for a pair to enjoy a nice drink. Only downside is the single staff member trying to keep up with the orders but that's more Starbuck's HQ's problem
This is my always go to place while exploring London city. One can say there is a strong bond between you and Starbucks, sipping a hot coffee on a chilly road and roaming around the busy streets of London. Their service is really quick and they never disappoint on the taste.
The best experience I have ever had in Starbucks. The baristas are very polite, interactive with the customers. Especially Leslie, she makes delicious drinks and provides really good customer service!
Great for a quick coffee and phone charge
Great place, good coffee and tea. Place is very small however, so I can imagine that in peak times queues will build outside.
But we were lucky to even have a good seat to enjoy the coffee and rest a moment during the city trip.
