I love KFC. Usually. Tonight's chicken had way too many bones. We ordered a Tuesday special of 9 pieces of chicken for £5.99 and we discovered we only had 8 pieces. I realize you are a busy restaurant because of your location (which is convenient), but learn how to count. We shouldn't have to count
This kfc is Shockley bad. Nearly as bad as the Thornton Heath one. Make sure you go and pick it up rather than ordering from one of the apps.
The chicken was tiny. It should be classed as fraud
Terrible, I bought a 10 piece bucket and only got 3 pieces of chicken, the 3 that turned up we’re over cooked and tiny.
Also meant to get 8 hot wings and only received 5.
Not sure what’s happened here, I definitely won’t be ordering from them again…
Food was very greasy and they forgot to add an item I paid for. I didn't go back because I live a 10 min drive away. I usually try and stay away from Streatham KFC because their food is not the same as other KFC's.
Clean place, friendly staff, efficient service, and Colonel Sanders great taste still going strong 🤙
This is the worst kfc I have been at in the U.K
Fries were undercooked and surprisingly cold.
Gravy was excessively watery, thus it was visible that water had been added to it.
The chicken was awfully dry.
On top of all this, they charged me 30p each for ketchup and mayo.
Not the best it's been.. Quite oily and the chicken pieces seem to get smaller everytime
The service here was terrible, if I could rate it zero stars I would. After I decided to change my order the worker said “after i asked you 4 times?” ( which she didn’t). Then she called over another worker and proceeded to talk about me in a different language and muttered something under her breat
