I went in pizza hut and made a order it took around 15min which wasn't a problem it wasn't busy inside. Customer service was good here and my pizza was very nice.

I am more of a Domino's guy but after a crazy wait last time I decided on that Pizza Hut Deep Crust taste. First time ordering from 'Penge' Branch & delivery was on time with a polite gentleman. One pizza lost it's cheese to the upper box. 5 star rating includes the way they remedied the situation!!
Picked up 4 pizza's on New Years Eve - Umer the manager was very friendly. Fantastic service - matched with 4 perfectly made pizza's. Still the favourite Pizza Hut despite it not being the closest. Great experience and hope it continues for years to come.
We ordered earlier today and received an incorrect side - it had chicken on it and we couldn't eat as it isn't halal. Staff were apologetic on the phone and immediately said they would send us the correct order. We really appreciated how quickly it arrived and how helpful the staff on the phone was.
The pizza's that I order are brilliant! I order the nachos too and I am always happy that I do. The food is delivered hot and and fresh. You can monitor your orders progress up to delivery on the Pizza Hut website. The dealbot is a great idea, but does not work if you try to add extra deals and disc
Great service, the manager and workers are really nice. Pizza Hut is Pizza Hut, so what makes a difference is the service, and they have an amazing one.
I have been using this pizza for years and I've never had an issue ordering online but the staff in house could use some cheering up. Food is always good and hot.
