I came here today because the shower gels, hand soaps and eggs were sold out elsewhere. Lol.
Yet this store is the place for good fresh cakes, chocolates and fruits. The cafe is nice except you can't take purchases from the shop part to eat there. You have to order from the menu.

Shopping in Waitrose is a relaxing experience. I shop here frequently. It's a clean we'll keep store, staff are very helpful. I was served by a very lovely lady on the checkout (Paulette). A credit to Waitrose. Good staff are very hard to find.

Big, spacious, well organised store. Huge selection of different products. This store represent quality and reliability. .Great shop. Clean. Selves full. Lovely staff on the check out. Great little tea cafe. Free coffee with reward card. And great to see that they no longer use plastic cutlery. And bags for life. Just wish that at peak time they would have a extra staff on till area.

I came into the store unfamiliar of the layout and i asked you for help in where i might locate the items i wanted to buy. Three separate times i ask
Waitrose is the place to go when cooking a special meal. Other places just don't compare with the range of ingredients and quality goods generally. I think they could expand their range of fresh meats, esp. British game products.
Normally shopping at Waitrose makes me happy but for some reason this store doesn't. The overall layout is counterintuitive and some of the fridges need replacing. Checkout experience can be frustrating at times. Please stop stocking peach ice tea. No one buys this stuff.
Very nice shop, but stock low, and merchandisers chatting in the biscuit aisle rather than packing!!
It's in Southside shopping centre with plenty of other shops. Note: Debenhams has closed now. Good parking rates as well. Also it's just had a large ' kiddies space' put in which is a largish play area on the ground floor. That's all I can think of.
Well stocked Waitrose on the ground floor of the Southside shopping centre with plenty of convenient parking space right outside the door. There are checkouts close to the car park and also close to the shops.
Don't forget to get your parking swiped at the counter.
