The staff did an amazing job during the Star Wars Celebration. It was super crowded so it‘s totally normal that you have to wait a bit longer, so no problem for me.
I paid about 4£ for an Iced Coffee with caramel, it tasted amazing and the girls at the register were super kind!
The staff here are noticeably lovely- one lady in particular was such a nice face to see before I came to sit my University exams at ExCel :) It's now a homely costa for me which will always relax me before I sit my next exams here.

Service was slow, nothing for ceolicas in savoury or cakes
Not the best service but I suppose when you are the only coffee shop in Excel you don't have to care
