Lovely food and not a bad price for an Oxford Street food place. The young lady serving couldn't have been more polite and it was clean and tidy. Highly recommended for a quick lunch and a sit down between shops.

I had a large portion, skinny rice with 3 toppings of lemon chicken, bbq chicken and teriyaki beef.
The food was fresh, crisp and crunchy where it should be. The portion sizes of the toppings were decent. Very tasty food. The staff were very polite and friendly, with one member of staff going way out of his way to help the customer in front who didn't have the correct payment method. He went above and beyond to help, which I don't think that customer fully comprehended but good outcome anyway.
Great stuff. I will definitely get food there again.

This was my first time here. I’m honestly very impressed by the service I received here. We were greeted and served by Sajawal. He was very kind, extremely patient and very friendly. He let us know what options there were available, the specials and overall had a really positive attitude. I was very happy with the service we received here thanks to Sajawal. This store will have great reviews and will be popular because of their great food ofcourse and employees like Sajawal for giving out such a warm welcome to his customers. I hope his manager recognizes him for the efforts he puts into his work, and for all that he does. Will be coming back again thank you for making our day. One of the things that I really liked about this restaurant was that everything was Halal and the quality is just amazing.
So, wow! First of all, the food is absolutely delicious! I had vegetarian noodles with salt and pepper chicken and caramel chicken. They were cooked so well you could tear it.
This was the first time going out to eat with a friend in London on our own and I would say it was a great experience.
I love how kind and professional the staff were, and the atmosphere of the place was perfect - people seemed to keep to themselves, but also seem friendly!

I went with my wife and was a bit hesitant about it. We decided to go in after finding that the place we wanted to go was closed for the day. This branch of Chopstix was clean, spaceous, and toilets were clean as well. I was surprised. Their staff was friendly and the food was very good. The only negative aspect of this visit is that I ordered a 4-topping meal which was supposed to come with a 16 oz drink. I got a 12 oz instead.
The food is good here. Freshly cooked and the price is really not bad for central London. Atmosphere is great as well and the servers are helpful. The only thing that went slightly wrong was that I didn’t understand the options. My server (who was very nice) didn’t tell me I could pick a topping from the second cabinet as well as the first. If I had known, I would have chosen one from the second. I know it seems like a small thing, but it was just hard to understand how to works it and not fully explained for newbies like us. But I will return and try the other toppings another time!
Can never go wrong with Chopstix. I love their food. I come here very often because I go to university nearby. They give me student discount as well with my student ID card. All staff is friendly I love it.
First time visiting here and definitely will not be the last. The meal box looks small but to my surprise all dishes I've picked were all packed to it, making the portion worth paying for. From my experience, the staff were friendly and very helpful. Also service was fast, food were quickly made and served promptly. Moreover, the place also looks tidy, clean and well managed. Overall seamless experience.
Lovely little cheap lunch and really exceeded my expectations.. I got lemon chicken, caramel chicken, BBQ chicken and the Chinese chicken curry with a mix of rice & noodles Caramel chicken and BBQ chicken were my favourite and would go back for those alone.. Box looks small but is literally packed with food, spring rolls were also lush and the servers are quick and friendly.. definitely will be back!
I work on Oxford Street and pass by Chopstix on my way home. I get meals to take home and sometimes I sit in. Great food. A place to sit in and feel relaxed. No pressure. A shout out to Carmen who remembers customers and greets them with a smile and a really good attitude. 😊
I would like to reiterate what the previous comment mentioned. These spring rolls are something else! Friendly staff with a prompt service.
Very tasty menu, the sweet chicken is amazing, the place very clean and the tables always clean, when I went the weather inside the establishment was pleasant and the attendant Uzma was super attentive and kind to me and my colleagues (not any of us did not have mastery in the English language and she explained each option we had)
Enjoyed their meal with the variety of toppings especially the sweet and sour chicken. Sawajal , our waiter was so polite, respectful and gave us a great customer service. Recommend them.
Great meal on the go! Filling and tasty.. highly affordable! They could manage the location of the restroom, though, as its just opposite a table, but when u realise very few shopping stores have decent restrooms, you'll be glad for this one which was neat and tidy, smelled fresh and clean too.. and is a wheel chair accessible toilet...
