Loved our afternoon tea!
First off, they were so accommodating, we’re not from London, so plans changed a couple of times, and the day we booked there were tube closures so luckily they squeezed us in earlier so we had plenty of time to make our way back to our transport home.
Which also meant they had to adapt what we had to eat, which was absolutely fine.
Everything was really tasty, made fresh, presentation was great. I loved everything about it!
My only niggle, which I can’t knock them for, is that it was so hot, a little air con is needed I think, our slushies and ice cream were melting and candy floss was disintegrating before our eyes, lol, so I felt we had to eat everything really quickly 😂
But I throughly recommend it!
Brought my daughter for afternoon tea as a pre-theatre treat. It was such an adorable location, and the staff were soo attentive to us and friendly, especially Simona. Highly recommend, and the churros were absolutely delicious. My favourite was the biscoff flavour.
Cute little churro shop away from the hustle and bustle with lots to offer!! Interior is real cosy looking with white flowers, pink shades and lovely seating area, they have little churro soft toys on sale which are so cute.
Milkshakes loaded with ice cream churros and candy floss, bagel sandwiches and coffee, there’s surely something for everyone. The staff were helpful and polite and they treated us to extra freebie churros while we were there as we were the first customers in the afternoon which is so surprising. Definitely recommend to try these while you’re here, they are freshly made to order so no stale ones here.
Grabbed a box of the glazed churros, a nicely crisp exterior and soft middle covered with chocolate sauce and Oreo’s which was our fave! Will be back to try more…
really nice place, really cute, an amazing atmosphere! The Churros were so good and the coffee a really high quality one. The stuff is so gentle, we had a good evening!
We had an amazing experience for my nieces birthday the afternoon tea was amazing for a very excited girl. So cute and aesthetic xx
The only ‘downfall’ would be that they don’t have toilets (when they offer and host afternoon tea😬) and the booths are small, so it is slightly tight in there. HOWEVER, it was a lovely, picture-perfect place to catch up with friends. The venue, as you can see, is gorgeous, the staff were nice and the afternoon tea was super yummy! 😋 photos honestly don’t do it justice!
Really good customer service and friendly staff :) My daughter tried the Strawberry Shortcake ice cream and loved the whole experience.Will definitely be making another visit when we are around the area
The place was so cutely decorated and at staff were so nice. They even gave us a free cotton candy! The churros were delicious as well. I definitely recommend the Belgian chocolate dip, and the strawberry chocolate was good too!
I actually waited for a month back in my home country just to visit them, it was on number two in my must visit list. My experience was really really good and i must mention “Yash” and “Afif” who were serving us, they made my experience next level. 100 percent worth waiting.
Went to this gem of a place for some dessert before going to the Dopamine Land experience with my nieces. We had some lovely desserts and the kids loved it. All the staff were very accommodating and helpful.
They do have wipes for the sticky fingers but the staff were kind enough to give me some water to wash their hands.
Bona & Sumeya were really very kind and amazing, served us with the best curated churros and drinks presentable to post on instagram.
I had seen their desserts back in Birmingham. Had saved their info to visit. Visited last night. Sadly the cotton candy machine wasn’t working so had my milkshake without candy floss. However the staff was very very nice. They offered me free churros and also offered a free drink if i come again due to the machine not working. Now who would do that? Highly genuine and wonderful staff. Absolutely gem. They were 2 ladies. Also, the place is very aesthetic and picturesque. See the pictures below!!
I was in this shop and ordered some churros, and the staff’s treatment and service was excellent, especially the employee Bona. Thank you for the good reception. The shop is also tidy and clean, and the decor is wonderful.

Bona served me today and she was very nice! She was helpful, knowledgeable, kind, friendly and she recommended me one that she liked based on what I told her I enjoy, and it turned out to be very lovely! I had a Mr. Biscoff milkshake, and I loved it ⭐😍.
Very nice on this very sunny day, it was a welcomed treat and Bona is a true asset to The Knot Churros. She took the time to prepare my milkshake, she introduced me to the selection of items and was very patient with me when my clumsiness knocked over her PDQ machine and the menus 😅😅. I am grateful for her patience. She is a very good employee, her service was impeccable, and she deserves a raise!
The milkshake was delicious, not too big, sweet of course, not too cold, the flavours were there 🤩. The menu has enough options to accommodate everyone's tastes and wishes. A place to go on a sunny and warm day! And the decor is perfect for the Instagram lover.
