Location was great, service was good. Food was fine. Nothing amazing or new but solid hotel food as you would expect from a high quality hotel chain.

Lovely place to eat while we stayed in Crown Plaza. Food was lovely, staff very nice. Only thing that let it down were a couple of young teens of a foreign family sat near us were very noisy playing a game. I thought staff would have asked them to sit elsewhere as they had finished eating or to be quiet. (Lovely family bar just through a door) Breakfasts was also very very good.

Great location, near the train station, Sunborn London Yacht Hotel, and ExCel! The restaurant was open late evening, so I stopped in for dinner. The service was wonderful, and the atmosphere was relaxing! The chips were delicious, the fish had a little too much batter for my tastes and no seasoning, other than the beer batter flavor.... the creamed spinach was also lacking in flavor- nothing a little salt, pepper, and Tabasco couldn't fix though. The overall experience was pleasant, and the prices & portions were on par.

The menu caught my eye as I spotted quite a few gluten free options. Ordered a steak and chips in the end. Staff were super friendly and attentive. Steak was cooked and seasoned exactly how I like it. Decent quality food.

Delicious fish and chips. Great mock tail! The mango with passion fruit! Great Oreo cheesecake! Fine strawberry sorbet! Would definitely go back!

I recommend this hotel, located near the Excel exhibition centre in east London. The bar service was excellent, me and my friends had a few rounds of cocktails made by the Italian bartender, Cristiano, he served us with kindness and professionalism. Prices are reasonable compared to the ones of central London, the place is pretty and not so crowded. Definitely we’ll come back for a drink!

The food was nice. We had fish and chips. We would have had a steak but that was way over our budget because you had to pay for sides separately.

A bit pricey I’d say, but still a nice option for brunch. Would be really nice if they included a Sunday roast on their menu.

Nice restaurant for a bite to eat and drink if you fancy that too, although they only seem to do cocktails. Food was great had the fish and chips it was lovely and tasty. Staff very friendly, seated pretty quickly only minus being, waiting staff did take slightly long to take our orders. Lighting in the venue could also be improved apart from that it was great thank you!

Nice place, good location staff generally polite but a couple were very rude. We ordered drinks and were told to sit and they would bring them *no payment taken at this point* to which I did, my partner went to use the bathroom and when he came back we wanted to sit outside. I went to the bar to pay and to let them know we were going to sit outside instead, the barman said *what do you want* I said about paying and we were going to sit outside to him saying *right. We've got your drinks it's table service* to me saying okay can I pay please for him to roll his eyes, shrug his shoulders and say...its table service. It wasn't a language barrier either...just ignorance and rude. After our drinks we took our glasses inside and said thank you...a lady came out the door as we were walking away to say thank you. I think she knew he was rude to us. Not needed!
