Compass Cafe - London - Photo album

A regular eating spot, red art offers great food and value. The paninis are a great lunch time snack. They serve lighter meals and snacks up to 5.00pm. A wide choice of food to choose from and they also make fresh juices. Can eat very well for around £10. Owner is also very friendly, recommended.
Generous portions of tasty Turkish food and fabulous breakfast menu. The menemen was really good aswell as the calamari and other things. Good price and great service with friendly staff and delicious drinks. Would definitely go again! Also vegan and vegetarian options available.
Great food, location, and service. Very reasonable prices for such good portions.
One of my favourite places to go with friends - the food is delicious, inexpensive and generously portioned and the atmosphere is nice. The service is variable - it can be good or indifferent - but given how busy the place gets at times, this isn't surprising in the least. This is one of the first
One of the best places for breakfast in Dalston! The Traditional Turkish breakfasts on the menu are so good! You gets lots for your money, if you go for the cheese and traditional Turkish bread you probably won't need lunch after! The scrambled egg is good too, slightly different to English, it is m
First time I went there randomly- good price and wide range of dishes made us enter but staff and quality made us come back. After 2 years I can say this is my favourite restaurant in London. You won't get anything you can't find elsewhere but so many times I went there with different people with di
Can't believe I haven't written this up already. I've been coming here for years - the fry ups will slay any hangover, the Spanish omelette is top notch (drizzle some hot sauce on it) and the veggie kebabs are awesome. Oh and it's cheap too. A winner.
Always good for a cheap and filling full English (healthier stuff also available!)
Popped in for a very quick saturday bite. Really delicious eggs benedict and luxurious fresh orange. Polite service and a really cosy atmosphere. Was exactly what i wanted...no prentious odd chairs/cuttelry or ironic twists on dishes. And sensible pricing. Ever since Route oddly removed eggs roy
A really broad range of food choices, from Turkish to British and lots in between; friendly staff; warm atmosphere; a regular haunt when I lived in Dalston. Highly recommend
Super friendly staff. We ordered two meals, but in the end, we couldn't finish so we had to take away. I have my lunch for tomorrow morning now, so that's cool :)
Excellent food and reasonably priced. They have a great lunchtime menu where you can get 3 courses for £10 and they were all fair sized and tasty.
Locals like me love Red Art for the excellent service, friendly and relaxed atmosphere, consistently good food, lovely fresh orange juice, generous portions and reasonable prices. The "Boss" is nearly always there too, making sure everything is as it should be. Say no more!
My local place for brunch on Saturday morning. Great selection of breakfast types (big or small). Nice coffee, staff and vibes. Also big selection for lunch / dinner and everything in-between
This place is great for standard cafe food. You can get jacket potatoes and the lot at a decent price. Great place to simply have lunch.
We were in the area for a work trip and we just had the loveliest meal. The staff were so friendly and the food was authentic and so very delicious!
Red Art Cafe is my favourite place to eat in Dalston. Day or night you're guaranteed delicious affordable food and friendly service in a cosy, unpretentious setting.
