Very impressed. Aubaine has been on my radar for a while on The Fork. We finally made it and the fillet steak was one of the best steaks I have had in the UK. Stunning deco. Super friendly staff. Food was beautifully designed
Lovely restaurant from the Aubaine chain. As usual, nice palette of colours and materials.
Light stained wood tables and floor contrasting with the softer cream and light grey. As always, very stilish, with a relaxed atmosphere. The large bifolding doors opening to the street a plus on a hot summer day. Sadly i went on a rather cold and wet summer evening!
The food and service made up for it though.
Starter of prawns, inventive and a good combination of flavours.
Main of wagyu sando, nice combination of flavours and textures with a wonderful aftertaste. Perhaps not cheap for what you get on the plate but it is top quality food. The dessert a fitting end to a good meal.
The servive is excellent. Special mention to Christina and Eemzar, who were brilliant.
Highly recommended and i will certainly be back!
Pretty place, sat by the open folding doors.
Overpriced for what you get, but the food is nice overall. Probably wouldn’t order the melon again - didn’t taste fresh.
Well the place looks good, the ambiance comfortable.
About the food i would say it was okey overall just the calamari i would say it was to cook a bit hard but still okey, and the fillet steak was medium rare and it was kind of rare more than medium but okey. The wagyu sandwich i have to say that it was really tasty and really nice 7,5/10.
Food is good services is good too
Highly recommend
Thought I’d more for breakfast or brunch. But went there for dinner and it was great too! Truffle fries and lobster spaghetti are great! Highly recommend !
We had breakfast here in a leisure morning. We ordered truffle scramble eggs on sourdough toast and plain croissant. The 5-Star food rating is due to the exceptional quality of bakery items, crossant, and sourdough toast. We would definitely go back to try the other bakery items.
It’s a cute place with a great location but a little pricey and really nothing extraordinary. Service was great. More vegan options would be nice.
So my girlfriend of 17 years fancied a french restaurant and while it's not traditional French food the quality is fantastic. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We got chatting with staff about all sorts of things and we felt very welcomed. They gave advice on the menu and we decided to try the calamari and baked cheese which were divine. There was a good portion of both and that cheese was so tasty. The mains were lobster pasta and the sauce was rich and hearty, the lobster was a good size. The wagyu sandwich was a good portion with tender beef. The desserts were so fresh, we loved the millefleur the cream used was so wholesome, the crème brulee was again this crème that hits the spot. They were so nice they gave us one of the desserts as it was my girlfriend birthday. Very kind of them. I highly recommend here for meals.

Had breakfast here twice , both were so lovely , restaurant manager even welcomed us back the second time which was a nice gesture , the service was amazing too, the restaurant is also in one of the nicest neighborhoods around.
The French toast here is simply to die for !!! Don’t miss it…
