There are a few branches close together in the area. This is one of the bigger and better ones with a lot of seating. Not too busy Thursday lunch. I had the Korean Style Chicken & Slaw Wrap and Pret Cooler - Feelin' Peachy. Both were nice. Light and refreshing. Staff here were very nice, friendly and on the ball. Reasonably clean.
after months of looking for jam for my porridge in many prets in london i finally found one where you can get it. big applause for this branch. Guys who they working there are very friendly with the smile on their faces

These guys are great. They always have a smile on regardless of how busy they are. I know they see me every day but there are hundreds going there every day so when they remember my drink and my name it makes me feel like among friends. Great team!!
Pret A Manger is a great place to get a quick and healthy meal. The food is always fresh and the service is always good. I would definitely recommend Pret A Manger to anyone looking for a good sandwich shop.
Good coffee, plenty of seating. Need to either cut back on unnecessary packaging or fill their bags of snacks properly (see pic)
I normally don't review chain coffee like Pret. Still I just want to put out there a big thank you to all the team at this pret. The staff and coffee here are awsome..special mention to tunde who makes the most amazing coffees. The staff always have a smile on their faces. I love coming here.
I went here for lunch today and the customer service was so good I feel it justified a review.
I ordered a baguette, brownie, and a hot chocolate. The serving staff very kindly gave me the hot chocolate for free. When I asked for a receipt the transaction didn't appear correctly, so they suggested they refund and put the transaction through again. They did this, and to apologies for wasting my time (they chatted to me the whole time and didn't waste my time at all) they gave me a free cookie as well.
To top it all off, I couldn't find a seat so the staff politely asked another customer if they wouldn't mind splitting her table in to two so I could sit down.
Thank you very much for my lunch, you more than earned a 5 star review and £10 for the Pret foundation!
I've been to this pret quite a few times now for business meetings and have always found the service to be quick and efficient despite the large number of people going through the doors. There is a good number of seats and tables throughout and despite how busy it always is I can normally find at least a table for two if not four people. Food and drink selections are as you would expect from any other pret store providing a range of hot and cold drinks and food.

My sandwich was quite unique and delicious. (It was called something like turkey and fixings.) The atmosphere is very welcoming. Nice place.
Very efficient and slick team here, which can appear to be less personal until you realise that you are in the heart of the business district and this is what the customers need/want.... time is money etc.... but the staff are friendly and personable when they have time to be. Food is fabulous and coffee is nice too
People certainly make the place, the staff is helpful, kind and attentive. You get more than the standardised way of serving in London Cafes. This is a distinguished little place to relax on your break, have a meal or read, meet up... you choose. I go there nearly every day, today I left my rucksack and just realised it hours later. Called them almost 8 pm, the manager answered the phone with a smile to say that it was safe, for me to just drop by. Have I convinced you now? Check it out for yourself! The staff is warm, as well as the place is warm in the winter :)
Great coffee, a quick turn around so you are not waiting ages for your order, not many seats so if its during the busy time, you will be taking your order away. Normal Pret food, so plenty to choose from.
There is a pret around the corner from here, opposite britannic house which isn’t listed on google maps. However, Merkey just served me my coffee in there and absolutely made my morning. He was professional, kind, super smiley and was able to answer all of my questions about the product I was interested in, which I hadn’t tried had before. Pret - I’ll keep coming back as long as you have amazing staff like Merkey.
Today I went to this Pret A Manger to get a bacon and cheese croissant. Unfortunately there was only 1 left, slightly burned. I asked if there were more coming out of the oven but they said no. They offered to give it to me for free. So I ordered a cappuccino because I felt like I had to pay for something... anything. Magda offered to give me the cappuccino on the house as well. I am very impressed, thank you!!!
I'm going to keep going back but am tired of seeing how much money this place drains from me. It's perfectly priced to the point where you kind of hate them for it but whilst your in there there's definitely something you're in the mood for that you'll like and not be disappointed with and the price isn't enough to make you walk out the door and find somewhere else.
