Friendly staff, always welcoming, warm & polite. Very nice! They do have quite a lot of staff changes and I feel the quality of the coffee varies because of this. Great atmosphere and the staff are typically friendly.

Staff are always happy and keen to help. Also they get the queues down very quickly compared to the other coffee shops in the area
