The customer services are very nice serving me when I asked about a cake. I asked them it contains cinnamon or not because I don’t like the taste but i appreciated them when they checked the ingredients properly and asked me about the allergy. Also, the vibe is nice to study and enjoyable!!
Having a coffee shop on my way to university was such a bonus especially for 9am classes. I was able to order from my phone with the app and it was ready to collect from the shop. Loved that app service! The only reason I give it 4 is because of the cleanliness of the bathroom and the delay in queue
This Costa is well stocked with plenty of seats. We were very happy to see vegan options (and all the other food choices) on a Sunday afternoon. Service was great and slick, coffee was standard but not in any negative way. I would say come to this Costa instead of the Starbucks right opposite.

Easy to go to and from work...as well as catch ups with friends....seating available inside , top floor and outside.
Staffs are very friendly. Usually I am going at Whitechapel’s costa. 1st time I went at Mile End . I had a cortado. Coffee was very nice That’s why I took another cortado . It’s seems barista was in training but she look’s experienced, she made nice coffee.

My wife and I stopped by this nice little coffee shop where I ordered breakfast tea and a scone and my wife ordered a lotte and lemon muffin which were both very good. Service was fast and friendly.
