I’m not sure why this only has 3.6 rating because the pretzels are RIDICULOUSLY DELICIOUS!! And they give free tasters. Always a must when I go to Westfield! They have amazing sweet and savoury options which all taste amazing and all served piping hot!
Bought a cinnamon and sugar pretzel from here and it was nice for the first few bites but it gets kinda sickening. Even though it was heated up, I don't think £3.95 was worth it.
Cinnamon and sugar topped warm pretzel. Happy to find Mr Pretzel at both Westfield shopping malls in white city and stratford. Both locations they serve up a deliciously warm pretzel. Staff could do with some cheering up.
Cinnamon and sugar flavour....what a treat- so moreish , incredibly addictive - I always end up choosing the 4 for £11 deal !
They are hot, wonderfully fresh with ample topping.
Staff always friendly and the service is quick- Prices are great too....can’t complain.
Best pretzel I've ever tried! I didn't think I even liked pretzels till I tried this. In Westfield around their stand there's usually someone offering free bite size samples which really tempts you to buy one. There's quite a few flavours to choose from but I'd say my favourite is the original cinnamon and sugar one. Also for a very decent price!
Due to the wide variety of food available to you in Westfield, I almost missed this small pretzel concession and boy am I glad that I didn’t! The free tasters being handed out were what enticed me to purchase a cinnamon pretzel and I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised. You could tell that it was freshly made and the warm, fluffy dough melted in my mouth. The cinnamon added a little twist to the normal salted flavour and it tasted divine. The staff here are also very friendly and gave their own opinions on what was their own personal favourite pretzel. This really helped me choose given the wide variety of toppings on offer. I highly recommend the chocolate pretzel for those with a sweet tooth, however the parmesan cheese is a great for customers looking for something savoury
Mr Pretzel is great place to visit if you’re in need of a light snack whilst shopping. The speed, freshness and fluffiness of the pretzels makes this a place that I would definitely come back to.
For the best Pretzels go to Mr Pretzels. I love their vanilla & sugar pretzel, it's quite big and costs around £3.50 and is ridiculously tasty. I love how you can see the staff making the pretzels fresh in front of you.
I have also had their cinnamon & sugar pretzel but I didn't like it as it was way to sugary to the point all I could taste was sugar. But overall this is a great place for pretzel lovers and for those that have a sweet-tooth.
These are definitely the best pretzels I've had . The freshness is the best part , the pretzels are made right there and are served warm . My favorites include the Parmesan cheese and original for savory and toffee and the Nutella pretzel for sweet . Their very famous cinnamon and sugar pretzel is also amazing , specially for people who love cinnamon

Amazing as usual. The staff are always friendly and the pretzels always taste great. For anyone who has never had one, go with cinnamon sugar and you will never regret it.
Wasn't busy and have space to sit down and enjoy our freshly made Pretzels. Friendly staff and quality treats. Sitting area needs little attention as it was not cleaned.
I love these pretzels! My favorite combinations are Nutella, marshmallows, smarties AND the Oreo pretzels. Oreo ones may sound weird but try it! It’s delicious. I recommend takes the pretzel ‘bites’ option as you can share it with people and it is easier to eat. You can also make it into pizza type pretzels. You can get slushies, fizzy drinks and coffee. Brilliant option for deserts!!!

Visited Westfield on a busy Saturday afternoon and fancied a stop for Mr Pretzels. My partner got a nutella pretzel which was a pretzel with melted nutella ladled over it (£3.95). And i got the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites (4.95) and a latte (£2.50).
The counter is busy with quite a lot of people working in a small space. They do not wear dace masks but wore the plastic screen headgear. There was sanitiser readily available at the cohnter and socual distancing stickers in place while queuing, although yhe 2 till points are still close together.
The pretzels were consistently good, although the bites could have been chopped up better -there were big clumps of the pieces that were stuck together.
The latte was tasty as a basic latte goes.
Staff are not the friendliest but they do sem tired considering how busy the kiosk is!
Love the pretzels especially the cinnamon. Fast service even with the long queue.
Really wanted a savioury snack, and that was the perfect option for me 🥰
My kids love cinnamon bites and that what they always ask her for whenever visiting Westfield. It is their favourite. Never had any issues. The staff can be more friendlier and welcoming towards customers and it will be great.
The service is always very fast and the girls there always very kind 🥨👌🏼
I love soft pretzels and these are delicious, but they are expensive for what they are. They have a good selection of flavours and they're quite big. I could eat them all day, but for around 4 quid each, I won't too often.
