If you want a good range of teas and hot drinks, then Cafe De La Paix is right up your street! They have the regular tea bag teas, herbal teas, coffees, soy milk, but they also have a few extra special teas! It was difficult to decide between the chai tea and the mint tea and I eventually decided on the latter! The mint tea did not disappoint; it was fresh mint leaves served with a couple of red berries in the glass! If you are a fan of ginger, then I would recommend the ginger and lemon tea. This drink has big thick slices of ginger and chunks of lemon. I've never seen so much ginger in a drink, but then again, I'm not a huge ginger tea drinker! This ginger drink was sweetened with honey! Cafe De La Paix does a range of sandwiches, cakes, pastries, soups, and pasta dishes too. The staff were friendly and fairly relaxed. The cafe dining area was ok but some of the tables were a little too close together. It was quite a busy cafe though! Cafe De

Love this place! Freshly cooked food, excellent coffee and reasonably priced for King's Road. A good local.
