This place is a bit dirty and the service was rather slow. One of the self service machines was broken as well.
Other than that, i really loved the food, more than I thought I would. The boneless chicken was superb, as was the Barbecue Burger. I'd say this place is great for a quick bite, despite getting some bad reviews. Seating is sparse on the ground floor, but there are more seats upstairs.

Not too good with the seating, but staff were very friendly and helpful with an error and the food was quite nice! Definitely recommend for a quick bite
Very good in customer service and detail attention. The Staff were is easy to communicate and assisted when in trouble make outlr mind.
It's KFC. I wouldn't be coming here for atmosphere but it's usually pretty quick service even though it gets fairly busy. I usually only ever get wings but I'm always happy when I do get it. In terms of service the one security staff was lovely. The till staff are normal I guess. Will definitely go back. You know I really wish the ordering kiosk would give you a receipt. As you can see I have to take a picture of my order number. I've never been there and gotten a receipt from the machine. It seems to be perpetually broken.
For what it is, fast food fried chicken... cheap and cheerful in the heart of Kings Cross.
Only way I would give it 5 Stars, is if they could speed up giving food to the customer. It is always busy, and they already know the most common food that people order, so why not batch produce at your key times of the day (like lunchtime or when people finishing work?). Also the self service ordering POS terminals is always out of receipt roll. So if you order and dont remember you order number, it gets very stressful.
Nice selection of food and good price. However there were no seating available. Only to stand by the shelf. However very tight space to be able to eat while standing. Was fairly busy.
