I'm not a coffee shop expert but what I can say it is nice, peaceful and clean. The staff don't disturb the customers peace and there is a spot at the front of the store if one wishes to smoke and have a coffee before they go to work or get some fresh air or something like that. This is a really nice Neros, lots of seating, nice staff, all was good.
We had our aunt with us in a wheelchair. As soon as we came to the door a very nice man came and offered to put down their ramp so we could get the wheelchair up the single step. Excellent service. Oh yes, the coffee and cakes were good too 😊
A surprisingly good sized cafe with plenty of seating and very clean too. Staff were friendly and efficient, good variety of food on offer. Very impressed

Haven't been to Neros since March!! Missed it sooo much, very clean and a relaxing place to chill for a while and watch the world go by! The staff are brill showed me how to use the app to pay!! Yay
Lots of space to sit an a cold winter morning, very welcoming, really nice staff… Im disgusted the fact they dont pay tax but you cant hate the staff who work hard for low wages.. so I feel like Im supporting them not the greedy company fat cats!!
Best staff. Thank you for wonderful coffee all the time I visit. Friendly staff ( Leo, Mohamed and all others) , and relaxing atmosphere . Fresh sandwiches and lovely paninis too. Can only highly recommend
