Cute coffee shop tucked on a lovely old Covent Garden pedestrianised laneway. So a great spot to escape a hustle of London streets. Staff always friendly and efficient. Also take old coffee capsules to recycle and are members of Too Good to Go - só making green efforts, thank you!
Myfavourite cafe in the UK. Whenever I travel to England, one of the first things that I do is to buy coffee from Costa. A must do to be honnest.
This one of Covent Garden is one if the best ever. Especially that it gives you a restful break from your walking journey in London. A must visit.
Wonderful little coffee shop, which is a bit funny to say since there are loads of other Costa Coffees that are much bigger. Every time I've visited this one, the staff have always been charismatic, charming, and happy to talk to.
In terms of service and facilities, they can get pretty busy in there. The toilets there usually have quite a queue and as a result the experience for some may feel cramped.
All said, it's been my go-to Costa during my many trips to the capital, and will likely stay that way for years to come.
I love Costa coffee and Costa coffee shops and this one's my favourite. I usually have lattes that taste great and are just the right temperature. The atmosphere is very welcoming and pleasant and staff are friendly. I would always prefer this coffee shop to any other more or not so popular other ones.
Small but perfectly formed! Not the largest Costa Coffee but really good location and when the wife likes the hot chocolate there it's the place to go! I do find the latte a bit weak even with an extra shot, but I do like strong coffee.
This 5 stars is for the lad making coffees today at around 4 today when I came In. Being such a happy friendly and funny guy to everyone! Should have told him that he made my day and that I wish all people in customer service jobs were like him!
If you see this mate never stop being like that even when the cold grumpy tourists roll in!
I was overzealous with my order and got a large cappuccino. Before I could finish my cup of coffee, I was already too doped up on caffeine. The sugar from the macaroons I brought only added fuel to the fire.
The tables and chairs were a bit old. The place could have been cleaner. Overall it was a fine place to take a break from exploring that part of London.
I love this Costa as it's tucked away Diana little west end lane. So that means it's a little less frantic. Inside is a dark cost oasis. And Costa do great coffee, toasties and now a really good crispy bacon roll. Bench seats at the front allow for people watching.
Compared to all the commercial coffee shops I've been to, I think this one is the best. I usually have lattes and theirs was very good. Rich in flavor and just the perfect temperature, which I like hot! Kuddos for them.
Small but nice costa. If you get in at a good time, it can be a good place to relax on a busy day out in London, but can get a little cramped at busy times. Good location though, we have occasionally happened upon this particular one as we walk around the Covent Garden area.
I've ordered the salted caramel iced latte today absolutely ❤ it, they know how to do it well taste great unlike others iced coffee they usually taste bland when put some ice cubes.
A very quaint little shop, just out of sight from the busier streets, so it makes for a nice pit stop during the day. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the coffee is delicious.
Good cappuccino and pastries !! Bit expensive but good.
It's not exactly the biggest Costa I have seen, but it is in a great location. I usually stop by for a quick latte, whilst my wife is shopping.
