I've been there twice in a week. Love the decor---old fashioned wooden tables and lemonade jars. Their toasted sandwiches are amazing. Pricey, but the consistency and the ingredients are both top notch. Also it's never too crowded. I'll definitely return when I'm in the area.

What a beautiful and peaceful vintage place to have a coffee and breakfast at! Really smooth and lovely vibes, great food and coffee & very friendly staff. I was offered a cappuccino for free because there was a mistaken order of another client along with a great smile from the barista. There is also a wonderful garden ideal for a sunny morning 🌞 Very inspiring cafe to work on my laptop for my freelancing tasks. Just a few minutes walk from Victoria Park in one of the most vibrant and fulfilling areas of London. WE💛HACKNEY

Here you can have a variety of nice and apparently home made cakes and really good coffee. I was here today only for the 2nd time but it was good both times. The interior is dominated by raw wood and white walls. I like this style but it's surely not everybody's taste. It's also quite snug and also gets busy in the afternoons particularly on weekends. Staff is friendly. I had a fantastic piece of carrot cake today, with £3.20 it's a bit on the pricey side though.

On of my favourite spots in Vicky Park. Always makes me feel uplifted after a visiting this place and catching up with friends here. Coffee is spot on, cakes are always way too tempting and haven't tasted better artisan bread - try the sandwich loaf is is delicious. Decor is cross between wonderful faded Parisian glamour (chandeliers / ornate mirrors / beautiful mismatching crockery) and contemporary rustic coffee shop. Service is aways friendly and upbeat and they play great music too.

Red velvet cake was a ray of sunshine on a cloudy day, coffee was banging, decor was great and service was to. Not a huge amount of room so good for dodging larger groups on a quiet Sunday.

THE BEST coffee shop in Victoria Village. Don't go to Gail's, otherwise you are the lining the pockets of greedy landlords and fuelling the homogenisation of London. Support local businesses! Great coffee, too

Very quick service with quality coffee and pastries. The aesthetics of the cafe are the biggest selling point. Many cafes try to be cool, this place *is* cool. Definitely worth checking out and staying for a bit.

Good coffee and delicious sandwich. Very nice atmosphere. Toilet is a bit of a let down though and considering how many babies were there I'm surprise there was no baby changing facilities
