Great food, good ambience, great staff, reasonable price. Don't go with the thought that this is going to be flashy food because its Marco Pierre White, it's not, it's straightforward great tasting food, wonderfully cooked with a fantastic aftertaste. Highly recommended if you're not a food snob!

Ficou aquém das expectativas, mas valeu a experiência de comer talvez uns dos melhores nichos até hoje. Serviço algo inexperiente. É o low cost deste enorme nome da gastronomia mundial.

On our stay in London at the Mercure Hotel, we decided to try this Italian restaurant since we follow a lot of Marco's TV shows. We ordered some wine, grilled shrimps and chicken goujons to start with and a chicken burger and penne arabiata for the main course. We also ordered the chicken and pepperoni pizza. Everything tasted good. The blueberry cheesecake for dessert was good too. Lovely ambience and good service.

Now that I’ve moved South of the River, some of London’s up-and-coming areas are within walking distance.  Bankside – the bit of land between Borough and London Bridge is a 30-minute walk for me though the weather last week was far too cold and wet for that!  You COULD be in the backstreets of New York round Bankside and Marco’s New York Italian, despite being part of the Mercure Hotel, has its own warehouse style entrance

I don't understand why the rating for this restaurant is quite low. Its actually pretty decent. I am impressed and would go again. Feel free to see pics (medium well steak I asked for and that's what I got)

We did a Buy a gift experience for two, so was a set menu which came with a prosecco drink. It would be better to ask if anyone would prefer non alcoholic drinks instead. We weren't asked a preference. Very disappointed with the small restaurant and uncomfortable chairs. Server's kept banging into our chairs as no room so off putting. Food was OK nothing to different than a Weatherspoons offering however. Plus a bit out of the way. Disappointing as we've been to other locations and had better experiences.

We visited the restaurant for a 3 course meal with bottomless prosecco on a Thursday evening at 5pm. Whilst we had to wait 10 minutes to be seated as they weren't officially open yet, the staff we very attentive once they started service and the food, oh my goodness. Portion sizes were just right and the food was SO tasty, it was cooked well, served hot and we didn't have to wait long in between courses either. Our bottomless prosecco was topped up quickly for the full 90 minutes too. The whole experience was lovely and whilst the outside of the restaurant could be prettier, don't let that put you off, it's well worth it 😁. A side note, it doesn't say on the menu but the wings are hot!!

Nice place and nice food although it's as good as we had the day before in Pizza Express. Very quiet atmosphere but for me, I prefer a bit of noise, laughter, organised chaos, and seeing people rushing around. A nice place if you want to eat correctly- meaning not shouting when talking with each other, and not stretching across the table to try your friend's food, and telling stories that will make you laugh out loud. But, it's posh nosh although we had the cheaper menu. The place just feels it needs a bit of life, upstairs anyway where maybe the cheaper menu customers are put.

We purchased this experience on buyagift. James was great, he made our experience special. His service was second to none; he was very knowledgeable on the menu and the selection of teas. He was also able to cater to allergens very flexibly. I would definitely come back and would recommend this to all of my friends because of his expertise. The only downside to this was that we had to book a few months in advance, but it was worth it.

Very nice place. Staff was nice. I too my sister for her birthday. They sang happy birthday to her and wrote on her desert plate happy birthday which was nice. The food was very nice. The restaurant was part of a hotel which for me was ok but I wanted a restaurant. It was still very nice.

Did the biy a gift 3 course meal, surprised that the portions were bigger than expected, good food quality and excellent waiting staff! Couldn't do enough for us, very attentive, bit pricey for drinks but I'm guessing that's just London in general amd optional extras adds up.

We went here as part of a voucher along with the View from the Shard. After reading reviews, we were a bit concerned but couldn't have had a more different experience to the poor reviews on here. The food choices were good and food was tasty. The thing that made our evening was the staff. They were incredibly polite, welcoming, kind and went above and beyond with our 11 month old baby. They were just excellent!

Went on a deal with buyagift and was very pleasantly surprised as the last similar dining offer I’d bought was very underwhelming. The food was great, generous portions of Italian/American comfort/bistro food. Service was top notch and staff were exceptionally helpful. Would recommend.
