Staff were fantastic food lovely can’t fault anything our waitress was really friendly left us to have a good catch up wasn’t rushed even on a busy Friday night 😊
As expected, but not to be taken for granted the pizzas were excellent. The service was A1 as well.

As soon as we walked in we were greeted with a smile by Zia, before I even looked at the menu I was asked if there were any allergies which as someone who's got lots it instantly puts you at ease and feel safe to eat and can relax. The food was amazing, as was the service. At the end, before paying for the bill, Zia told us about the app, which we downloaded and ended up saving £12 which was amazing. Was fab service and food. Was a very great stop to have food before going to the Harry Styles concert! Sorry if there were any feathers left!!
I live locally and have visited this branch maybe 15 times or so over the last few years. I went for dinner on Monday evening with my partner. The bill was £65 including one alcoholic drink and when using an offer.
Food was great, consistent with the usual pizza express experience. Person who served us was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.
On previous occasions at this branch I’ve felt like the service has been abrupt, but this visit was very good and overall we had an excellent experience of food and service.
Hubert was a fantastic server. And made our Pizza Express experience, very welcoming and amazing. He was truly eloquent in the way he served our Pizza Dolce desert.
We came in the busiest hour, but it’s not bothering the service to be great, fast and quick. The staff was very nice and polite. The food itself was delicious and full of flavors. For thin pizza lovers it’s perfect! Really recommend!

Had a lovely time here the other night! It was all my family and myself (so a fairly large group), and our waiter, Hubert, was very accommodating, friendly and attentive to us all. Thank you very much for the great service! I’m sure we’ll all be back there soon 😄

As we arrived, we were greeted and escorted to our table. Service was quick, food was delicious and the vibes were really nice. We had a cosy little place and felt great. Staff were very attentive and patient too. We couldn't have asked for a better night out with the family!

A friend and I wanted to a light dinner after 9pm on a Monday evening. Pizza Express in Ealing was very accommodating, as long as we ordered quickly, so we ordered a gluten-free pizza to share, bearing in mind they were due to close by 10pm. Ellie, was more than friendly and didn't rush us at all. Really appreciate it and I think we left before 10 pm. Great gluten-free pizza too!
Exceptional service and amazing pizzas as always. You should try their pastas and salads as well which are so good !

I walked in and was greeted by Ewa. Her lovely service made me feel so comfortable and happy to order. She helped me with any queries I had and was amazing when serving my food. I hope to see her again the next time I visit.
Fantastic meal, the service from Zia was phenomenal, he was attentive but we were under no pressure to hurry our meal and he was very thoughtful, customer def came first! The restaurant was clean, buzzy and had a great atmosphere. And we were given a free pizza at the end of the evening!
