A great place for desserts, you must try out their awesome freakshakes. Urban Ice is the place to go to for dessert. My niece and nephews cant get enough of this place. I must say the staff are very professional and dealt with my order very quickly. Cant wait to go back #sweettooth ;-)

I have just been to Urban Ice in Woolwich for mums bday and omg it was amazing the kids loved and the best thing was that not only was the food amazing but the staff were so nice helpful and polite...excellent service. Will defo be returning and recomending this place to my friends �

Visited Urban Ice travelled down from Birmingham visiting family and such an amazing experience. Best waffles I have ever tasted, friendly staff and quick service. Highly recommended. Wish you guys had a store in Birmingham!

Love it....the staff are friendly and the area is spacious and comfortable...the toilet is always clean and has decent disabled facilitates....the cookie dough is made fresh and they have no problem tweaking it to your preferances....completely affordable and they dont mind providing cold tap water...always too much to finish but they are happy for you to take home in a box

Landed up going there for coffee every day. Tried half the menu and wasn't disappointed ever. Great little spot to go for coffee and cake.
