A fairly standard British style cafe serving stereotypical British food except it does have healthy options in salads with or without meat. I got a Halloumi salad and the cheese was surprisingly freshly grill which was a nice touch. A healthy and tasty salad for lunch, and reasonably prices for this
Good place for a full English breakfast. Had beans, sausage, bacon, mushrooms, an egg and some toast. Service was very fast and the guy behind the counter was very friendly. I have been using Cafe Arena almost daily since the Covid crisis started whilst working in Brick Lane. The staff are always very welcoming, happy and polite.
