As a polish person, I fully approve! The food is outstanding. My mom wouldn't be ashamed to serve it. If you want to taste of polish cuisine then this is a place to go to. We had meat dumplings (pierogi), bigos and meat gulash with potato pancakes. Everything was delicious. The prices were also decent. 8.90 for pierogi, 11 for bigos and 15 for gulash. The portions were large so we took away which was also not the problem. There were 2 waitresses, one male, polish I think and one Asian female. The lady didn't really know what she was talking about and had to run to the kitchen to accommodate our lactose tolerance. After checking it was fine. I was also disappointed by the fact that we couldn't order pierogi as a half portion. I would love to order 2 different flavours of pierogi but for that option I would need to pay an extra 1£ which doesn't make sense, if the pierogi I wanted were both within the 8.90 price range. On the menu they had an option of mixed pierogi for 9.90 which makes sense if you are mixing all of them (some are more expensive). Regardless of this, it was a good experience and I will certainly come back.

I've not had much Polish food before, but as a northern, this felt like a home cooked meal. Lovely bit of meat, creamy mash potatoes and GRAVY! All made with love care and great ingredients. I was a very happy boy and will be no doubt returning 😌
