Me and my hubby always look out for places that serve sugar free desserts and were glad to have found this in London.
Everything they serve is sugar free and they also have a variety of dishes that are gluten free.
I enjoyed their cappuccino which was quite strong and was made using their secret sugar free nectar.
Blueberry cheese cake and vegan carrot cake both were super delicious. Prices are little on a higher side but then I guess such places are not for everyone's interest.
I went for a sugar free treat and it was exceptional. The triple chocolate cake looked delicious and tasted better. I was intrigued because usually Keto bakery are small bakes made with erythritol (which is an artificial sweetener that has a bit of a weird taste but it’s ok in small quantities) and this cake was far from tiny. Actually the owner told me that it was made with stevia. Even more surprising was that it didn’t have the typical bitter stevia after-taste (secret recipe it seems).
I had a very interesting chat with Romeo which is not only an experienced GF, vegan, keto and experimental chef but also a lovely bright soul. While being there many loyal customers dropped by to pick up their usual order and they were all treated as family. This neighbourhood is definitely lucky to have such a place run by a kind-hearted person.

Best sugar free brownie I’ve ever had! It’s difficult to find sugar and gluten free vegan options and Romeo’s has a variety of those. They’ve also got amazing coffee and lovely, lovely service. Favourite bakery to go on the weekend.
Stopped by for some Sunday brunch and had the Spinach roll and an Almond Croissant, and they were both amazing! Also had some fresh orange juice which was so nice, really added to the tasty brunch!
And not to mention the staff serving was very nice :)
Very nice selection of cakes and pastries. Vegan and gluten friendly. All cakes are sugar free and is made with coconut nectar.
It's fairly pricey for a cake but you're paying for the quality.
I think this place has been under rated because people complain about the price but yet not understanding that it isn't a standard cake they're buying. My experience was very pleasant, staff were extremely nice and the lady even offered me to try a slice of cake. I bought the vegan carrot cake and it was amazing!

As someone into health and fitness I've been hoping to find somewhere doing healthy desserts (keto, paleo, gluten free etc..) for quite a while.
Then to find a place and the desserts be absolutely gorgeous, is a real bonus. Some of the nicest cakes I've had, full stop.
Also, the owner, Romeo, is a great character and really nice guy. I actually look forward to coming here of a weekend.

This place has been great during lockdown. The owner quickly pivoted to delivery, one of the few in the area. Concept is unique, all sugar free, all gluten free and loads of vegan options. Girlfriend is gluten free but I'm not, we both love the pizzas (meat and vegan) and we've tried about five of the cakes. Yeah some are crumbly but that's what you get with gf bakes! Highly recommend the banana bread and apple cinnamon bakes.
I just love Romeo’s gf bakery!! There’s so much love, artistry and knowledge- everything is delicious and gratifying. It’s so good that I’ve reconsidered items that I previously never liked (ie banana bread). They’re all just so well made and delicious. It’s a pity they’re open just on the weekends 🫶🏼. They’re really worth trying and prices are reasonable
At home, I'm a 99.657% sugar free eater because I can cook by myself, when it comes to travel, you know it's hard to go sugar free when you eat at cool places without eating salad bars at grocery stores every day. Fear not when you are in London because of Romeo's sugar free bakery! I might have ordered way too much but I am not staying long so I want to try as much as I can. Today I got a roasted veggies quiche that come with salad (huge portion! I'm in salad heaven now ❤️), and a blueberry cheesecake....plus...they have unsweetened almond milk for my latte!! I've never been to any coffee places that carry unsweetened almond milk (I hate sugary tastes in my drink, especially in coffee)
I'm gonna have a happy tummy for my tour later. Definitely coming back again tomorrow to try other baked goods!
Great gluten free cakes. Very tasty! Suger free and keto options available too! Romeo was very kind and friendly. I didn't try the low carb keto breakfast but it looked very good.
Romeo’s is fantastic. The owner is the kindest, warmest guy. Such a pleasure to be in this homey environment. We especially love the almond fig tart and the crepes. Really can’t recommend it enough.
I've ordered a vegan chocolate cake and it was amazing! Not too sweet and a very rich taste. That's the second cake I've ordered and will definitely order again! They also do delivery which is very convenient.
Amazing gluten free, sugar free breakfast! There is vegan, veggie and normal options. Plus the crepes are AMAZING. The owner is also incredible. Highly recommend!
What a lovely place and what a hearty host. Really everything glutenfree and absolutely delicious. We had a great glutenfree brunch and crĂŞpes experience.
A cozy little cafe that is well hidden on Blackstock Road. Offers a range of breakfast/brunch meals that are all completely gluten free, a nice piece of mind for a celiac! Romeo's does a delicious fried breakfast complete with a fantastic gluten free brown sauce (!) which left me full for a quite a while after. The staff are friendly, attentive and warm; the cafe has a real homely feel to it. Thank you for a fantastic brunch!
We were pleased to discover a gluten-free cafe in North London. We booked a table outside in advance, and the excellent croissants were ready, freshly baked, when we arrived for brunch. The food and coffee were of top quality and delicious, and the service was attentive. Highly recommended. In addition, if you have an electric car, you can park nearby for a nominal cost.
Delicious breakfast and really, really friendly and nice staff! We felt really welcome. We totally recommend it, delicious gluten free bread and breakfast!
