Arrive first thing in the morning, and everything is fresh. I feel that since the introduction of self service, the customer service has become non-existent. I give them a pass though because this is many peoples first job. It can be quite tough.

Never seen such clean and safe Mcdonalds in London, staff are really cleaning and there are securities.
Good self service fresh hot food. Ambience let down by delivery drivers sat around with crash helmets on tables not very hygienic.
Ordered from self-service portal, which was easy enough to do, waited a few seconds for my receipt, but printer not working properly due to faded printout.

It's a Mac what we can say more. Was a late meal, so not to busy and not much people around.

Nice,clean and what is rare for McDonald's - not crowded! They just didn't have a hot chocolate for me in one of those cold days after Xmas shopping.
