It was a joy to come across this place. I managed to have one of their smoothies, very, very good and healthy. A great selection of bread, also sausage rolls and various other delights on offer.
Such a lovely atmosphere, and superb deco. They have displayed a local artists work that is for sale, l am a fan of places that give artists an opportunity to show and sell their work.
Seating inside and outside, though l have to remark on the loo.. (I know it's unusual to do so ) but felt it needed a mention, the fact its spacious and very family friendly, with child changing facilities and a chair for parents to sit in.
It has good seating inside and outside. The staff were very friendly and happy to answer my questions. I really enjoyed my experience and hope l get the opportunity to visit that part of Chiswick again, defiently if your in the area do pop in.
Great fix! I love the coffee here, great staff here, lovely lady works here in the early morning, so friendly and pleasant, always welcomes with a smile. Great selection of breads and pastries. Nice sandwiches, baguettes and wraps available. I mainly get my coffee to go and some nice breads, but everything looks nice and scrumptious. A big thank you to the lovely ladies who give me my get up and go.. ☕
Saw some previous reviews suggesting rude staff. Happy to report I found nice coffee, lovely cakes and pleasant helpful hard working staff. Very relaxing atmosphere.
Visited for the second time in two days today. Coffee is excellent, and I can’t praise the brownie enough, but the whole pastry selection is sublime. The one thing that could improve is a more welcoming/assertive service from the staff, sometimes it feels like you’re a bit of an inconvenience by being there. If that improves, it’ll be 5 stars next time
Been visiting this coffee shop quite regularly and always have a nice and friendly service. The shop gets a very busy especially over the weekend but the staff doing what they can to help everyone. By observing some customers are very happy and some not which more depends on what demand are you looking for. The food is lovely pastry always fresh and bread delicious. I would recommend this place to all my friends. Everyone can choose as there is large selection on offer.

Wow, what a lovely place! I've been working nearby this festive season and this bakery is just wonderful.
First off, the staff are great, I've been in there early morning, mid afternoon and late just before closing. I am always made to feel welcome and greeted with a smile.
In terms of drinks I've only had the coffee from here. It's great every time and its price matched to the coffee sold in the petrol station.. so why couldn't you?
On the food front they have an extensive and delicious variety of cake, bakes, breads, sandwiches and other sweet treats. Everything I've sampled has been fantastic. In particular I enjoy the crayfish and avacardo sandwich (which I'm having for lunch today!) And their chocolate brownie is an overindulgent chocoholics dream! The products available tends to vary day to day which personally I love.
What can I say? It really is a lovely bakery, I've found the staff to be generous and considerate, offering great service and delicious products. I'm going to miss being nearby but will be popping in every time I'm in the area.
What a great little cafe, I found the quality of food to be excellent, such as their sweet and delicious pastries. The customer service I have found to be warm and welcoming, as the staff go beyond their call of duty to ensure that customers walk away happy. The only improvement in regards to the cafe, is the appearance itself. For instance an update on the outdoor furniture could really improve the aesthetic appearance of the terrace area.
Of all the coffee shops I’ve visited in London, this is the most welcoming and friendly place I’ve ever visited. The staff make sure your order is correct, the bread is fresh and the coffee is amazing.And the ladies that served me always had a smile and and a welcoming greeting. And made sure I was comfortable, this place definitely deserves more than one visit 💯 % satisfaction.

The outdoor seating is spacious, they have awnings to keep you dry, dogs are welcome & the staff are so helpful & friendly, very relaxed atmosphere. They bake their own incredible bread so you have to be early to grab a sandwich. Their own cakes are really special, both bread & cakes make gorgeous gifts. Food is basic & exactly what you want, quick but filling, veggie & meat- pastries/ rolls / salad sides. My favourite cafe to sit, sip, sup & enjoy the view!!!!

Amazing food and coffee quality. Nice atmosphere and great staff, always friendly and helpful, providing an excellent customer service. Free Wi-Fi and plenty of outlets to charge your devices. Just one problem, it's so popular with mums with prams and sometimes it could be quite hard even to walk in.
As a heads up if you are gonna visit this cafe on the weekends, bear in mind that it will be a hot spot for families with children off school, which makes it impossible for you to work on your laptop or just relaxing in a quiet environment.
All in all, highly recomended.
Great coffee and lovely pastries and baked goods. Very kid friendly usually with kids around. Nice sunny tables outside and Wi-Fi. Also has some nice sandwiches and salads.
Bottom line: It is the great coffee and friendly staff that have made Laveli a near daily habit.
