I loved this place , a cosy place where u can also go by yourself and read some italian books!!! ( it s.full of them :-). Waiter from Sicily was very friendly and simpatico :-) A good place to catch up with lovely friends like mine.

My friend from Vienna absolutely loves Caffe Concerto. She only eats at CC when she is over in London. The Westfields Caffe Concerto is so beautiful, clean, classy and comfortable. The service is very good. The food, cocktails and wine we had was amazing. The only thing is that it is a bit pricey but overall great ambiance with a lady singing and playing the piano. Will visit again, thanks.
Simpley beautiful. We have never been let down By the food or the service there. This time We took my daughter for Birthday Breakfast there, there was about 15 people on our table. The kids loved it and the adults had a wonderful time too. Very child friendly and so very elligantly designed. Thank you for you service 💐💐💐

A place for expensive tastebuds! I have not tried any of the meals, I normally get tea and cake here in between a shopping spree. Earl Grey and a cheesecake 👍🏽 and in the summer, gelato is the way to go. Good variety of flavours
When your feet are tired of shopping Caffè concerto is a good option to relax and enjoy some of their classy cocktails. I love their bar set up. They make amazing cosmopolitan

We were looking for a place to eat something quick but at the same time good and then we decided to try this restaurant, best decision you could make. Nice meal, a kind staff and affordable.
Just got in from this place and although it is a chain the quality is always good. Ended up getting a classic cream and strawberry cake (as always) and didn't disappoint'
Very elegant restaurant cafe' we also enjoyed the live music that is very good in a restaurant, they have different artists every night so we will come to see somebody else nex time!!!
Italian music and great jazz. Nice mix of food, flavours, great service, elegant decor and brilliant live music ... at no entry fee. We went first time for a drink and second time for evening meal and werent disappointed.
Amazing service from the manager Abdul. I’ve been here many times with the kids but on this occasion could clearly see the difference. Staff were highly motivated, willingness to serve, courteous, speedy efficient. The whole experience was completely different in a positive way. Pleased to see such a great improvement in service and glad the team has been changed. Thank you to Abdul for a great experience.
My favourite Caffe Concerto’s is here. Place very strategic and the staff is always professional. Price and taste are fair. Would recommend! 10/10.

Went there yesterday for a very first time , atmosphere was pleasant , people who worked there was friendly and lady manager took good care for us . Definitely I’m gonna visit again soon .
Such a wonderful experience we had in Westfield White City branch. We went there to treat my mum for afternoon tea time on her visit in the UK.

Highly recommended, the customer service was exceptional thanks to Fathy, there is also live music some evenings which creates a really nice atmosphere. We had the Gnocchi with four cheese and it was delicious.
The staff, the food and the atmosphere in Cafe Concerto in Shepherd's Bush all get 5 stars from me. The salad nicoise is the best I've ever had and the service from Fathy and Guada were incredible.
