Went there yesterday for a very first time , atmosphere was pleasant , people who worked there was friendly and lady manager took good care for us . Definitely I’m gonna visit again soon .
Such a wonderful experience we had in Westfield White City branch. We went there to treat my mum for afternoon tea time on her visit in the UK.

Highly recommended, the customer service was exceptional thanks to Fathy, there is also live music some evenings which creates a really nice atmosphere. We had the Gnocchi with four cheese and it was delicious.
The staff, the food and the atmosphere in Cafe Concerto in Shepherd's Bush all get 5 stars from me. The salad nicoise is the best I've ever had and the service from Fathy and Guada were incredible.
