I can only say that my experience was excellent.
Staff were very welcoming, wonderful decor and authentic Italian experience.
The eggs Benedict and egg’s florentine were perfect and so was the coffee.
Very reasonable priced for the location.
Would definitely recommend

Chuc's Kensington accommodated our party very graciously as originally we were booked for terrace seating and ultimately moved indoors due to the weather. I thought I had changed the booking online, but when we arrived our host clarified the situation and was able to get us set up inside in no time.

Our server Tatiana was very friendly and welcoming greeting us at the door and showing us to a table outside. When my friend had questions about the menu Tatiana was very helpful in explaining the dishes and giving recommendations. She made our afternoon!

A nice cosy place for a Sunday brunch. Nice and tidy outdoor seating space. Good to book in advance as it can get busy for weekend brunches.
Wanted to try a traditional English breakfast and arrived a few minutes too late for breakfast. However, the manager, she asked the chef to make an exception and took our order. Great breakfast and service. Nice environment with clean bathroom.
Great place to grab a casual bite at lunch or dinner. Nice selection of tasty Italian dishes. Always friendly service and the terrace outside is great when the weather is co-operating! Highly recommended for a catch up with friends or business lunch.
Super polite staff and lovely outdoor area. Wifi works ok as well. Toilets very well supplied with towels. The coffee is very well balanced. Definitively a nice café to have brunch or drinks in the evening.
