Littlest kitchen packs a massive punch. Tried the Beef and Pork Ramens on separate visits – but since I am a total baby I only ventured as far as “Hot” – so my journey will probably always be incomplete.
The details are fantastic: their (separate from the main retaurant) entrance; sweet toys; top music; and even noodles available from firm to soft. There are cocktails, sides and extras too, but all in good time, I'll be back.
Found this little ramen restaurant in London Bridge area. The flavours of their ramen is not bad but I took away the jalapeños away at the beginning because it’s weird to have that in ramen. But the rest of the ingredients are pretty good. Their music can be a bit loud. I’d imagine it’s a good place to hangout with a few friends after work. Their cocktail list looks good too.
Decided to go off piste at a place known for their meats and had their mushroom ramen instead; and what an absolute delight it was. Broth was well developed, egg was en pointe and noodles had the right amount of springiness. Karaage chicken was well marinated delicious. Great music too. Well done.
Visited here on 30th of March, noon.
Nice cozy ramen shop next to London Bridge Station. Ordered their signature Kauboi Ramen for £10 + £2 extra noodles.
Pros:
Excellent smoked beef with a strong memorable flavour. Texture of ramen noodles were not soft and of good quality
Cons:
The whole restaurant is a bit slanted with small seating. Quite uncomfortable to have a meal.
Not the traditional style Japanese ramen that you would be expecting from a Japanese ramen shop and this is more of a fusion style ramen. Broth is too salty and clashes with the flavour of the beef.
Smashing Texas and Tokyo together as a culinary idea is a work of genius! The brisket ramen is just an amazing dish, the smokiness of the BBQ seeps into the soup broth and infuses it with the most amazing flavour. The Hellfire level of spiciness will take someone braver than I to try. They're dog friendly too, so take pooch along when you're after a bowl of ramen.

Saddle up partner for London bridge's best kept, rootin' tootin', "cowboy-ramen" fusion restaurant.
Intimate and inviting (once you're inside!), would recommend. Yeee-haaaa!!
A masterpiece of beef broth with smoked brisket. Karaage was on point! Kentucky Highball is alright but the mescal sour is superb (thanks for offering it on the house). Just some humble opinions: 1) noodles can be harder, I tried the hard one maybe should have got the harder option; 2) personally I would prefer straight noodle. The curly ones are good as well, just my personal preference.
Keep up the good work man, will definitely come back! And one day, you will get your ramen vending machine ;)
That was our favorite one in London. Taste really good! Especially the price are much cheaper that New York though 😂!
Very special combinations of Texan BBQ meat and Japanese ramen, liked the ones with pork broth more than the beef ones. Karage chickens banging
The ramen was very good and the prices are reasonable. We had an issue with the bill but it was promptly resolved online by the owner. If only the meat portion was slightly bigger (I understand it is a pricey smoked beef, but still...) and the decor slightly, just a notch less shabby :)
Dropped in here on a Friday night and had a bowl of the beef ramen with a chili bomb and some gyoza. It was excellent!! Some of the best ramen I've had outside of Tokyo. Amazing broth with heavy intense umami flavours. Packed with quality fresh ingredients and decent noodles too. It's a nice touch that you can specify how hard you like your noodles cooked. Had a nice pint of IPA to go with it. The vibe is loose and lived in and "as you find it" - totally unpretentious and all about the food. The team working there were genuinely friendly and helpful. The pricing is very fair and excellent value. A new favourite in London.
This place is incredible. The best ramen in my life. Simple and really good place.
It’s tempting not to write a review on this place purely because it feels like one of London’s best secret gem restaurants. Been here 3 times and it never disappoints. Food is INSANELY good. Great value too. There’s a lovely Scottish waitress who is always really accommodating and attentive.
Love this quirky little ramen place by the station! Been twice - both times the staff were super friendly and the ramen was delicious! They use bbq meats from the place next door - different and really tasty - perfect comfort food. Will definitely be back.
