You are driving down Barking Road in East London and you fancy a quality Turkish meal. Where do you go? Efes is a great choice for an upgraded Turkish cruisine experience. Seating for around 30 people. Not your typical menu, but lots of choice.

I went to the one in Canning Town, at first I thought it was a normal take away shop until I walked in. There is a mini restaurant inside and the mixed grill was amazing. Well seasoned and it was a wonderful catch up with friends after work.
This specific Efes on Barking Rd is a bit smaller but still has a fair few tables. Staff were friendly upon arrival and throughout.
The menu had a good variety of traditional Turkish dishes. The food was of good quality and could tell its an authentic spot. Despite this still think it’s a bit pricey
