I have been here today for lunch with a friend and we were so impressed of such an excellent service received from Robbie. He definitely knows what business means. Congrats to him. I will come back again.

They are fresh and never frozen. This line is so true to the fact that u have to eat to believe. I ordered Peri peri chicken and coffee, parking was easily available

The staff are friendly and good service here. Have been twice with a large group recently and they have always done what they could to accommodate us with no trouble. Usually plenty of space and not too busy. Food is a little bit average in this one and can be a bit dry but would still go if I need something to eat.

First time here. Environment is fine. Ordered Wings set. Good for 2 persons as it comes with 4 side dishes of your choice from menu. Taste is not heavy so that you can eat with your choices of sauce which you can pick from the self serving table. You can download their app and place order to earn freebies. Will definitely come back.

First time at Nandos. Chicken was very good. Seasoning was delicious. Chicken was tender. Be careful with the sauces. They are very spicy, even the garlic one is spicy.

The ordering system has changed post pandemic and you need to use a QR code to order and food is brought at your table. Drinks are ordered separately. Having a Nandos account and logging in is required even if you are at the store. The food quality has remained good given that this restaurant is considered as fast food. The food was delivered super fast and all food was exactly what was ordered. I visited post 7pm on a weekday and the place was half empty and understaffed. We were advised by staff that minimum order waiting time was 25 minutes from the time of ordering. One of the group requested in the app order that her chicken was a drumstick rather than a breast. She had to wait 30 minutes waiting for her food until she was told that the kitchen had ran out of drumsticks. Eventually 10 minutes later a drumstick was found (!) and brought to the table. The manager admitted that there was a breakdown in communication and a refund was given without having to ask for it. My suggestion is that because this place gets busy on weekends and is understaffed that you allocate ample time to sit down and wait for your order and for any order mishaps.

Located not too far from the Liverpool Street station. Lots of foot traffic coming through for the organisation to explore new customers. The QR code ordering malfunctioned while ordering so had to go to the till and order. Food arrived in an orderly fashion. Got the cutlery myself, the extra chili sauce wasn't as hot as I previously experienced at other restaurants but oh well, we move on. Tables weren’t exactly easy to fit into as short and low. There is a toilet downstairs for men and women.

Hadn’t been nandos in a while, met with amazing friendly workers including the host, waiter and food runner. Particularly baby and sooraj went well out of their way to make sure everyone was having the best evening. Although busy they were very hardworking. They checked in frequently with us to make sure our food was great and service was just as good even at the end of our dining we were asked if everything was good. Had a great evening thank you very much.

The staff are friendly and helpful. The food was really filling and if you already know Nandos, then you know how it is already. The prices are reasonable and this is for sure a place to bring a large crowd for the bottom floor, or an intimate time on the top floor. They have an elevator, as well as stairs. The only reason why I'm not giving this place 5 stars is due to the state of the toilets, it's a let down. Fix that and increase the music volume, and I'll be happy for move up the rating. I'd recommend here anyway!

Recommended! Whenever I crave some flame-grilled peri-peri goodness, Nando's on Middlesex Street is my go-to spot! Its central location near my workplace is convenient, and the ambience inside is always warm and welcoming. Their chicken dishes never disappoint, offering the right blend of spices and succulence. Plus, the staff is friendly and attentive, ensuring a delightful dining experience every time. A must-visit for both locals and tourists alike!

We usually go here every Friday and 9/10 the food is great, quick and on time. However, occasionally there are delays or no seats so for that reason I've have to drop a star.

Everything is amazing, but music that it's too loud. I asked them volume down but there said it's only one level... yeah right!

The food was very nice, although it took a long time to arrive. They also gave us a table that was in a corner right under a speaker, and the music was very loud and annoying, we could barely hear each other talking

I enjoyed a nice nandos with my wife and son after watching my football team win, The food was good as always but I did have to wait longer than usual. That said I was greeted and served with a smile

The place was clean , staff friendly , and the food was quick and hot. Toilets clean . Lovely vibe for grabbing food between the lunch and dinner rush. If ever back in this part of London, I'll definitely pop into this Nando
