***GAVE ME A FREE LUNCH WHEN I HAD LOST MY BANK CARD***
I thought I'd try Itsu out after a friend recommended them for having healthy yummy food. When I got there I picked a thai green curry and then couldn't find my credit card in my bag (turns out I'd left it at a coffee shop), anyway the moment the girl serving me realised I was rummaging in my bag she said 'its on the house'. I went to the side, found another card and came back to pay.... and again she insisted that 'it's on the house'. It was a really nice thing to do and if i had been left without another card to pay with then I could have been left with no lunch to eat and very embarrassed. Also happy to say it was delicious and I will be going there again. Very nice people and great tasting healthy food!
Food came in good portions worthy of the price I’d say. Many vegetarian options too. Free tap water and sauces. Big bath room and it’s clean!
Food is good. Mainly pre made, but a good option to eat healthy.
Clean outside of the restaurant. Inside was tidy. Restaurant is well laid out. Ordering is simple self serve - quite easy to use. There wasn't much engagement with the lady behind the till and we had to ask about some of our order as we were not advised what to do. The self serve areas for utensils, etc was well stocked. tables were clean. For the Thursday evening we visited the restaurant there were no many guests.
Very busy branch of Itsu, limited seating, loos are a bit rank hence the lower score.
Also why serve in such small containers?
Itsu as you know it. This store had really good selection.

We were not aware that it was all pre-prepared. However, the prices were reasonable.
I always had a great experience eating from this Itsu. On the way to the station which is great if I want to grab a quick & healthy meal on the way home.
Decent price for food, the aesthetics were nice and there was a wide array of sauces to pick from. The service was quick but it looked like it was just heated up a packet of dumplings when we ordered them so it was nothing special. The chairs are a bit low down which is a downside.
A little pricey, but no more so than anywhere else on Cannon Street I suppose. The queues move very quickly. Hot things being kept behind the counter saves time too. The food tastes good. The hot pots seem much better value than the sushi. Plenty of seating, but very full at lunch. Friendly and happy person behind the till, so I left with a smile.
Nice Thai curry rice at good price
Excellent service and a lovely size inside which is important during the lunchtime rush. Food was steaming hot!! Ill admit from the outside it didnt look like the food i would like but how wrong i was. The sort of place you could go every lunchtime as there is so much variety.
