Food came in good portions worthy of the price I’d say. Many vegetarian options too. Free tap water and sauces. Big bath room and it’s clean!
Food is good. Mainly pre made, but a good option to eat healthy.
Clean outside of the restaurant. Inside was tidy. Restaurant is well laid out. Ordering is simple self serve - quite easy to use. There wasn't much engagement with the lady behind the till and we had to ask about some of our order as we were not advised what to do. The self serve areas for utensils,

I always had a great experience eating from this Itsu. On the way to the station which is great if I want to grab a quick & healthy meal on the way home.
Decent price for food, the aesthetics were nice and there was a wide array of sauces to pick from. The service was quick but it looked like it was just heated up a packet of dumplings when we ordered them so it was nothing special. The chairs are a bit low down which is a downside.
A little pricey, but no more so than anywhere else on Cannon Street I suppose. The queues move very quickly. Hot things being kept behind the counter saves time too. The food tastes good. The hot pots seem much better value than the sushi. Plenty of seating, but very full at lunch. Friendly and happ

Excellent service and a lovely size inside which is important during the lunchtime rush. Food was steaming hot!! Ill admit from the outside it didnt look like the food i would like but how wrong i was. The sort of place you could go every lunchtime as there is so much variety.
