Popped into Pizza Express at The O2 whilst visiting for an event. Little did we know what was in store for our visit.
The service was incredible (quite possibly the best service we’ve ever received anywhere - including high end West End Restaurants). All of the staff helped one another - interacted with customers and were extremely attentive. Our server, Guido, was incredible and looked after us (and all of his tables) as though you were his only customer - with a smile on his face and friendly conversation.
The food itself was delicious. Pizza cooked to perfection.
Can’t ask for much better than that on a Saturday afternoon!
Came here for quick meal just for the kids, they always like it. Food is consistent, nice atmosphere. Service was a little slow when it wasn't that busy but friendly staff nonetheless. The app wasn't working, I reset my password and the reset details came through the next day...not the restaurants fault.
Overall the kids liked the meal, half the crayons were broken but we had enough to keep kids entertained.
Kid friendly but you have to leave the buggies at the front as the tables are a little cramped - wasn't really an issue but be mindful if you need to have your baby grab bag near by.
Bruno was great! He accommodated us very well, after we were told the weren’t any tables left and told us to wait 30mins when we could see empty tables, i asked Bruno instead and he looked around and gave us a nice spot where my family and I could eat together, very kind and nice person. The other guy wasnt!

The overall experience here was great. Their staff is very cooperative.
If you join the pizza express (you will need to download their app) you can get the dough balls which will be on the house. However, the dough balls aren't great and interesting.
I visited 2 nights in a row, one which was quiet due to no events in the O2 and one which was very busy as a concert was taking place. Service was excellent on both occasions with very friendly staff, regardless of how busy they were. Guido who served me on the second visit was very good at keeping me updated that he would be coming to get my order next etc which was very much appreciated. Food, which tasted excellent, was served hot and quickly on both occasions. The Pizza Dolce was a new sweet treat for me and was UNREAL. Would recommend highly.
Delicious pizzas and a decent size for me. I got the classic and it’s thin based. The new loaded dough balls were good, I’d probably choose the original ones but was tasty. Not too busy despite being school holidays. Was sat by the door which mean a draft every time someone enter or exited which was a little annoying but otherwise was good and would come back.
The service was amazing and the food was good. Only downfall was I found the pizza base too hard (perhaps slightly overdone) but other than that it tasted great.
I can’t remember her name but I would especially like to thank our waitress! She was very attentive, friendly and helped me cut the pizza🤭.
I was served by a very kind waitress named Georgia, she made sure our meal was perfect and we had everything we needed. The food was delicious as always and the atmosphere was great. A huge thank you to Georgia for making our meal so great!
