Coming back from visiting Highgate cemetery we decided to stop to have dinner in this beautiful pub: excellent the variety of courses and abundand plates. Very cheap compared to the central districts of London, high quality food. The staff was kind and friendly. We won't miss another meal there in case we should visit London again.
I enjoyed my meal so much that I went back a second time in one weekend. The cheese and leek pie is delicious. Great pub atmosphere, the way it should be. Could have a better beer selection, but that’s a minor issue with all else considered.
The Cat is looking a bit worn and the QR code appears to have been removed, still a little bit of history.
Had a nice meal food was really filling and dessert was pukka Katie and James were very attentive and friendly we'd definitely go back

Amazing atmosphere with great drinks and only a small stop from Archway Station, which comes in very handy.
It looked like the staff was busy but at the same time enjoying it which is very pleasant to see.

We enjoyed the food. This a gentle urban pub, quite oriented to sports watching. It seems to be well prepared with regards to the pandemic safety measures, even with tables fitted with a particular TV screen. The staff was kind, although not the most stunning. Pretty good chicken wrap. Good option before or after the visit to Highgate if you arrive by underground.
Great find! Went in for one drink before heading out and ended up staying for the night. Food was AMAZING! Pool table, big screens, tv in your booth. Literally the pub that has everything!
I started going to this pub in 1978 and have some great memories. We booked it for a funeral yesterday and Rachael and the whole team were fantastic. They helped with all our requests to show photos etc and the buffet food and service was excellent. Would highly recommend. Thank you Rachael. Jo, Ryan & Chloe.

I have visited here a few times over the years when in the Area and just this weekend while a few things have changed, i was served by Rachel and i recognised her from my previous visit so I thought i leave some feedback. Amazing service and welcoming atmosphere. Food was tasty and so nice to have seen a familiar face. Had a great time,wish i would live closer as would be in more regular. Thanks
Had a lovely time with some work colleagues this evening. We had some sharing plates which were tasty! Nice atmosphere and ambiance. Will definitely be coming here throughout the summer.

Came here after a long day off shopping and wondering around London. Me and my had the double mac n cheese. Really nice and good prices.
With deserts I had the chocolate fudge and my mum had the millionaire puddle pudding and it was probably one of the best puddings I’ve had and a very good price for a good portion.

Reminds me of a Wetherspoons pub. Lively bar when we visited on a Friday evening with a DJ playing 80's music, which was good but a bit too loud which made having a conversation a bit difficult. The beer was good. The place wasn't very full and there was no problem getting a table to sit at.
We have had one of the best meals and afternoons for a long while the staff could not do enough for us even though we’re football on my bent over backwards to accommodate us.Jill Rachel could not do enough to make us feel comfortable settled were very attentive to our needs. The food was exceptionable everybody cleared their plates everybody enjoyed all what they had the chef did exceptionally well as we can be quite picky eaters. Would just like to say they are well worth a visit and definitely worth five stars thank you all so very much I can’t wait for this time next year
