We decided to visit Byron to try out the Sunset Special Menu, which is a burger, side, and a drink for £12.50! We ordered two burgers, a double patty beef burger and a fried chicken burger with bacon. Both burgers were delicious, we’ve been to Byron before and it’s never disappointed. For our sides, we ordered fries and a salad. To drink we had the house red and rose wine.
Overall, the meal was great, even better with the special offer we’d recommend . The service was fast, which was great after an evening of shopping. Before leaving we ordered a salted caramel milkshake, like the meal, it tasted great and really hit the spot.
First of all the burger was superb!! I always have mine medium and it was indeed medium. The sweet potato fries were also nice and as crispy as it can be I also had an Snapple Peach Iced Tea which is one of my fave beverages. The guy who was in charge of my seating section was absolutely great! He was really accommodating, friendly and attentive. Not sure if the name in the receipt he gave me was right but a big shout out to Micheal if that is his name. You are great! An overall great experience, fast service and clean and tidy environment.
Firstly the service is super fast. We received our food in under 5 minutes which is incredible.
The chicken burger was delicious, juicy yet crisp. The chicken there is halal & the skin on fries are absolutely delicious!
The service is amazing, all catered to your preferences.

I recently had a delightful lunch at Byron in White City, and I must say it was a truly exceptional burger restaurant experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome and a smile from the staff. The service throughout my visit was outstanding - attentive, friendly, and efficient.
Now, let's talk about the star of the show: the Classic Chicken Burger. It was a flavor-packed masterpiece! The chicken was incredibly juicy, tender, and cooked to perfection. Each bite was a delightful explosion of savory goodness. The burger was adorned with fresh lettuce, Pickled red onions , Pickles and just the right amount of tangy mayo, complementing the chicken perfectly. The bun was soft and fresh, holding everything together like a champ.
To accompany my mouthwatering burger, I couldn't resist ordering the Cheesy Fries. And boy, was it a heavenly choice! The fries were cooked to a perfect golden crispness, and the melted cheese on top was ooey-gooey perfection. Each bite was like a little slice of cheesy paradise, leaving me craving for more.
What impressed me beyond the delicious food was the attention to detail and the cozy atmosphere of the restaurant. The seating was comfortable, and the ambiance had a trendy yet welcoming vibe. It was evident that they take great pride in providing a memorable dining experience.
To sum it up, Byron in White City surpassed my expectations in every way. The Classic Chicken Burger was outstanding, and the Cheesy Fries were an indulgent delight. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere made me feel right at home. If you're a burger lover or simply looking for a fantastic meal, I wholeheartedly recommend paying a visit to Byron. You won't be disappointed!.
Really nice and clean, really friendly staff and a nice atmosphere. We were served by Antonio who was super attentive and a delight to chat to.
I feel its a little pricey for what you get, and the portion sizes are somewhat lacking. Very small chicken strips and my chicken burger didn't even fill the bun, as well as the chicken being a little crunchy and dry. Other than that, everything else was fresh, hot and tasted lovely, with quick and efficient service.
Had a normal beef burger on gluten free bread with vegan cheese. I love the way the accommodated me with my allergies. It was an extremely tasty burger. Had sweet potatoes fries which does not come with the burger. The waiter was super welcoming and kind. Would definitely recommend

Ordered chicken and beef burger. Beef burger was very juicy, chicken fillet seemed a bit small. Cheeses and bacon cheesy chips were great however most of cheese ended up on bottom 😅. Onion rings were way too oily. Overall very nice 👍
Byron has never been my first choice for burgers to be very honest. They have limited ( or probably just one) options for veggie burger. I have always been opting for either Nandos or Pizza Express but since there was a long queue, i decided to opt for this.
The place doesn't seem to be as exciting and decorative as other restaurants, as if they are preparing to close down soon. Tables don't have proper cutlery, sauces and while the staff was excellent the food could have been better.
Overburnt Sweet potato fries, Burger seemed prepared before-hand as the patty and cheese seemed cold and dried.
Sauces were not that great either. I would expect them to give more attention to detail on the food items if they really want the customers to keep coming back.
McDonalds and Five Guys does a better job.
Food was good and delivered on time despite the buzz of Christmas Eve. Prices are quite standard for any burger restaurants. Waiters stayed in their respective sections, but always helped each other when necessary, thus ensuring smooth service. They were friendly, informative and worked efficiently together to make a pleasant dining atmosphere. Chefs in the open kitchen seemed to be working hard and yet enjoying their work. The toilets were, however, a bit of a mess. Would overall recommend for a lunch.
We visit this branch regularly.
And last Friday, we had to be in and out within 25 minutes!
The team worked together really well... took our orders quickly... drinks arrived fast, followed by our burgers (cooked to our liking) and fries... payment was swift.. we were done and dusted within 28 minutes.

The burger is tasty, fries are nice, there's plenty of space inside and outside to sit and if you sit inside, you can watch the cooks preparing the food, it’s interesting. The service is fast. Next time I’m in London, I’m definitely trying their milk shake, which seems to be amazing.
I ordered the B rex burger really juicy meet but the oily onion ring ruined it

I didn't like the pulled beef loaded fries didn't taste as good as the holloumi.
It’s always super hot in here, and quite noisy. But despite having to wait a while for our food in the busy restaurant, I’d still recommend Byron: the chicken burger was amazing and so were the onion rings. The fries are the only slight letdown - everything else tasted yummy. They were also good with my brothers’ allergies. :)
Very lovely restaurant, went with a few friends to watch the Barbie movie and eat beforehand and was very impressed with the service & food! I’m quite a picky eater so asked for a burger without a lot of the items that the menu said included and they were able to cater to that, so very fresh food! Gave us the option to split the bill between 7 people and did so so effortlessly, so 100% reccomend!
If you love burgers you will love Bryton, their range of dishes are awesome, freshly made, good portions and reasonably priced. Spacious seating available for couples and groups. Friendly staff, I reckon you will enjoy every bite.
