This is a mallet than usual Itsu store... Though similar to the other stores in that they too sell rice at above market prices not to say extortionate rates compared to the market cost for the equivalent of boiled rice.
I understand the argument that this is rice rolled up in green leaves... But the Greeks and the Turks and Lebanese sell something similar but kuch cheaper.
No sure of the reason for the digression but the store is cool. Staff are cool too and they're willing to help, take payments that is and put the food in the bag.
The store is clean.
I don't think there is a toilet here... So know thyself and thy pressures before you go to stuff your face with boiled rice and a bit of additional fish, meat or vegetables.
Good food as expected and were easily accommodating of a change in the menu.
Only downside, is that the area itself is very small with a handful of tables, so not much space, if planning to eat indoors.

Love Itsu, food here is yum. Also pretty reasonably priced and good portion sizes - would for sure recommend.
Good quality food and good pricing. The miso soup's flavour is just like the homemade japanese one.
A great place for healthy food. They have vegan and vegetarian options as well.
