I had the yetsom bayonetu - excellent and the macchiato was very authentic. Recommended! It's not far from Finsbury Park tube and so easy to access.
Very good restaurant. I love Ethiopian food and this restaurant does not disappoint. Other customers are very friendly, always willing to have a chat and indeed offer advice on the food in case you have not tried before.
If you want incredibly authentic Ethiopian food, then this is a great place to go. It's a really delicious cuisine that many may not have tried, but it's well worth it, and it's an amazingly social dining experience. Pretty much all of the meat dishes are delicious, as are the vegetable ones. I've lived down the road from here for a year and I keep coming back to this place.
This place gives a great, authentic Ethiopian cuisine experience; it's a buzzing, crowded local neighborhood restaurant. The food is super tasty, rich and fresh, with an excellent value for money that is hard to beat!
This has the 'classic' feel of most London Ethiopian restaurants (simple decoration and setup, all about the food!), the staff are lovely and the food is second to none. Their shurot 1st class, lega tibs divine and, of course, kitfo nicely spiced with light kebee. Their tea spices are well blended too for kemen shai. I will definitely go back for more. This time take out, and will try the restaurant properly in the future. Highly recommend.
Best Ethiopian restaurant. Excellent food quality. Good choices for vegan and vegetarian. Do not forget to try the coffee and everyone is eating with hands. It is fun. Love it. Sometimes they are very busy but customer service is always tip top. Must visit!!!

I had my sister and her kids visiting from Saudi Arabia and were looking for a family friendly restaurant in Finsbury Park area. This was the perfect spot, the ambience the food the service were brilliant. The waitress was very kind and humble and she helped us with our choice and to top it all she could speak a bit of Arabic so my guests were really impressed. If you are looking for fresh injera and tasty choice of Ethiopian dishes look no further than this great restaurant ♡
Great vegetarian food at reasonable prices. We took the variety of vegetarian dishes which had 4 different dishes on a huge injeera which was delicious.

The Food here is the best of Test ever I had in London. The owner is himself a waitress and his service is amazing!

The food is fresh and tasty, the place is always busy with Ethiopian diners (which is a good sign), the stuff are friendly and it is a great value for money.
Remember: you are expected to eat with your hands.
Very very good. About 10-15 pounds for a meal depending on what you get. Can’t go wrong here.
