I love here. The best fish n chips place iv had in London, so far. Love the curry sauce with the chips.
Stylish take on a traditional chip shop reinvented as a chic restaurant concept. Vegan option was excellent. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.
We went for takeout and the fish & chips were delicious! Much better quality than the previous fish & chips shop in this location. We each had the cod. The new paint & decor really brightened up the shop and it was packed (every table was taken!) with a vibrant atmosphere and great music. We will be back!
We haven’t eaten inside the restaurant, but have had takeaway fish and chips quite a few times. The layout is similar to the previous fish and chip restaurant that was here, but the decor is a great improvement, much brighter and nicer and the staff are now really friendly and inviting. Highly recommended and look forward to eating in one day although with a two year old toddler it’s mainly takeaway (although they give her crayons and colouring sheets while we’re waiting).
For me it's there best fish and chips I've had, certainly in London if not ever. The fish is fresh and the batter crispy, the tartare sauce is also homemade, as far as I can tell, and absolutely delicious. Battered sausage is proper sausage with real meat and the black pudding fritters are also high quality. The only potential issue I could see for most people (given that the prices are also very reasonable), is that the chips are not very much like standard fish-and-chip-shop chips. They are also crispy, like the batter. You can add salt and vinegar of course but some people might find it too different. I personally prefer this style which is one of the reasons I really like the food here.
This is an absolutely brilliant fish and chip shop. I was very impressed with the takeaway order I made this afternoon for me and everyone I was having lunch with. Everyone else was impressed by how fresh the food was. They told me the food I ordered for everyone beat the other fish and chip shops they went to. I will definitely be coming back again. They offered amazing customer service too and the guy at the counter was very polite and courteous. God Bless.
Went there for a birthday meal with the little ones.
The fish and chips were delicious. Fried squid exceptional. And the vegan fish, a battered fried jackfruit, managed to have the consistency of salted cod and taste not too bad.
The only downside is if you have a party of over 5 adults you will struggle to be on one table.

A lovely place for fine dining and classic fish and chips. I had the halloumi and chip. Really good veggie dish alternative. Also beautiful batter around the halloumi!
When I lived near Tower Hill, the Mayfair Chippy was my favourite spot for fish and chips. Now that I’m in Clapham, I’m thrilled to have another Mayfair in my neighbourhood. I’m eager to return!
Certainly nice fish and chip, in a generous portion. The prices though are not in line with the local area IMHO
This chippie is amazing! For a country that’s famed for it, it’s almost impossible to find a decent one unless you go to some seaside town - All until I tried this place!
Enjoyed our night and the food was to a good standard. A little pricey, but popular.
