Friendly and welcoming owners. Very large, beautifully cooked piece of cod served with traditional chips. Good value for money, ketchup and tartare sauce provided at no extra charge. Would highly recommend.
That was probably the biggest cod I've ever eaten, it wasnt easy to cope with that, but the taste was amazing!

When my fish turned up we all went wow so big it hang off the sides of the plate .I could bearly walk away so filling and well cooked amazing .
Walked past this restaurant a couple of times and wanted to try it before I left. So I got the large cod fillet and chips for lunch and was shocked at the portion that I got. The size of the fish was huge with heaps amount of chips, very delicious and worth the amount that I paid for.
The freshest fish I've ever eaten and the coating was crispy and delicious. So we're the chips! The order was HUGE, so you can easily split one order between 2 people!

Lovely fish & chips and friendly staff. I visited approx. 3:30pm and there was only one other takeaway customer in the shop, therefore, I have given a neutral 3 stars for atmosphere.
Hard to fault for fish and chips. Simple, tasty and cheap! Proper chips, done right, not greasy! They do kebabs, chicken and more but you'll be hard pressed to find a better fish and chips in the area. If you want to save even more money, get a kids fish and chips, £4 for a slightly smaller fish but
Fantastic. Ordered via deliveroo and it was so good I had to come and leave a review here. Batter was crispy, fish was delicious. Large meal well worth the price. Definitely will be ordering again.

A true unassuming gem in highbury. My party of 6 were welcomed by David. We immediately felt like long lost regulars back for another go at the divine chips & fish.
