Incredibly friendly staff here! I like the food selection, locations and casual atmosphere. Would like to go more often, but it's just so much plastic packaging and trash every time :/

I do like Pret, the food is delish and the English Breakfast tea is always beautiful. The cafe itself needs a good clean I'm afraid but the staff are very nice. Surfaces I felt were neglected. I can see they prioritize service but we need somewhere clean to eat. Well done otherwise.
