This cosy store is great for grabbing a coffee. I usually get takeout but it also has a window bar section inside that you can sit at - perfect for people watching. Staff are friendly and quick at serving. Drinks are always wonderful and the shop is tidy and clean. It can get really busy here but the queues are shifted quickly. Even when it’s out the door, you can usually expect to be served in 3-4 minutes or less.

Being in the heart of London, it naturally draws in plenty of clientele. Pleasant service and as per usual, comfortable.

A great Caffè Nero in central London. I have been going to this branch a fair bit recently. I love that they always have plenty of staff and start taking forward orders whilst serving others. Great coffee as always. The chocolate isn’t as rich and velvety as I had hoped. Look forward to trying their holiday drinks soon.

Great selection of coffee and pastries.I always go there on Sunday after Mass at Westminster Cathedral , you can sit outside and watch the world go by if the weather is good.Staff very friendly and work hard to serve everyone, a quiet oasis tucked away off the main Street Definitely worth a visit.

Close to Westminster Cathedral. Seemed more crowded than it was for some customers rather spread themselves making it difficult to walk carrying drinks. Apart from those customers, the service was OK and the coffee good.

Quite a small branch. A bit cramped, and on a weekday lunchtime several self-absorbed customers on their phones or otherwise being slightly annoying. Interesting to see some homemade food options (a pasta, a quiche), plus the branded overpriced sandwiches and dry pastries. Nice staff and decent coffee.

Caffè Nero is always 5 stars and this applies to all shops. The staff are always friendly and the service is excellent. Normally I would not bother to review it and I have been a regular brand customer for years now. But follwing an emergency visit at Starbucks ( no Caffè Nero around) I was so disappointed that I realised that the great service and coffee I am used to should not been taken for granted. If they invested more into the toilet facilities which look 30 years old then we would be talking about 6 stars rating!

Small Italian coffee shop with outdoor seating. Friendly service and staff, with decent espressos served here. Good for a pick me up before heading to the gym opposite.
