Used the space to celebrate my 23rd birthday with 20+ friends and had a wonderful time! The staff were so patient, accommodating and friendly! Very grateful for how efficient they were - couldn't recommend them more.

Been here a few times and given its not the closest of pubs to my home, that alone should tell you something. Roasts are good and a fair size (no horseradish though) and there's a decent selection of drinks to choose from. Interior is comfortable and the location is very accessible by public transport and close to Camden centre. Outside seating is road side so not particularly cosy or green (there is no garden), but good for watching the urban world roll by. Staff have always been helpful and mostly cheerful (1 person seemed to be having a bad day, but certainly not rude), even going above and beyond on a couple of occasions. Will almost definitely be back in the next few months.

Was recommended by the lovely chef and believe me it didn’t disappoint! The roast was lovely!! And he told me how to make his gorgeous Yorkshire puddings! Thank you so much lovely staff and lovely pub 😁

Really great staff, food is decent and choice of drinks is great. As a Londoner, I'd say it's a great place to go to escape the crowded streets of Camden.

Good beer, good food and smiley staff. I was welcome there. I ordered the traditional Fish & Chips (£15), that is a little bit expensive, serves only one person, but at least was delicious.

Visited over the weekend for bottomless brunch. We were looked after by Kevin who was superb from beginning to end. Very attentive and helpful and very good at making sure we had everything we needed! Food was amazing! And very good value. Would 100% recommend

Easy to book, friendly staff, nice space with comfy seating and Brew Dog products behind the bar. Food was plentiful and enjoyable. Not sure I’d totally agree with the claim to be “the best roast in London” but we enjoyed our visit and would visit again.

Delightful place with good food & drink, and friendly staff. Classic pub atmosphere with jazz playing low enough to allow easy conversation.

First visit to the location in a few years. The venue has changed hands a few times over the years. Definite improvements have been made (no more water leaking through the ceiling). Nice to see one of the same staff from the Grand Union days. Great spot for drinks.

Lovely Pub close to Camden Town Station. Staff are friendly and accommodating, 2for1 on cocktails 4pm to 8pm every day which offers tremendous value. I am vegetarian and I very much enjoyed the BBQ Cauliflower wings, large portion and full of taste! Friends opted for the spicy hot wings and they very much enjoyed. The nachos to share are a great starter while you enjoy the beer, cocktails or soft drinks plenty for everyone to choose. Recommend booking a table as it can get busy, the moving mountains vegan burger was delicious definitely recommend.
