I recently dined at this restaurant nestled in one of London's bustling shopping centers, and it was quite an interesting experience. The restaurant offers a unique menu of Indian and Thai cuisine, making it stand out among the numerous dining options in the area.
As I stepped inside, I was immediately captivated by the welcoming ambience. The Indian Bollywood music playing softly in the background set the mood perfectly. It was a pleasant reminder of the vibrant sounds of India.
Now, here's the twist: I recently moved from India, and while I was excited to explore Indian cuisine abroad, I couldn't help but find the flavors a tad milder compared to the authentic Indian restaurants back home. The dishes were delicious, no doubt, but there seemed to be a subtle restraint in the spices and heat that I was accustomed to.
That being said, the food was still tasty. The staff was exceptionally courteous, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu, which enhanced the overall dining experience.
What a lovely place. Lovely decor and nice atmosphere. Service was great. Food was really good. Loved the noodles. Will definitely come for more. It was nice and tasty.
The butter chicken curry and rice was a let down. The chicken pieces were not as tender. It was somewhat hard and chewy. Did not like the taste.
The sheekh kebab was authentic and great.
Overall o2 needs more halal restaurants and this is a very good addition.
It was very nice to enjoy Indian food at the O2. This restaurant seems to be linked to Indi-Go Rasoi, but this one has a Thai twist. Whenever India meets Thailand it's like a match meant-to-be. We had a great waitress and the chefs were very open to our dietary requirements. I would definitely visit again.
The place itself is located inside the O2. They have menus for Indian and Thai food. We ordered masala and pad Thai each. The pad Thai was really good and I loved it! The masala was also good! It was tasty and the spices go well together.
The waiting staff was alright, however, the way she accommodated us feels like she didn’t want us to be there. No smiling and kept on side-eyeing. Not sure if it was her normal, but we found it uncomfortable.
The food is so good, recommend fries, pani puri, lamb, they are delicious and authentic. Service is nice, the people work here is friendly, always trying to help. I will definitely come back to try other food. Nice experience!
Atmosphere is good
Menu has good variety of options both veg & non veg
We ordered butter chicken & Karanataka dosa. Taste was good but a bit on a sweet side.
Lastly felt this place a bit expensive
I’ve been a regular here for a few years (including Covid where they were only open for takeaway/delivery) and I’m a huge fan. It’s definitely my favourite restaurant in the O2, especially their Prawn Pad Thai which is my go-to and absolute favourite dish.
The service is always really quick, both for dining in and takeaway and the staff are really friendly.
Their prices have increased a bit over the years which is a bit of a bummer, but overall I would definitely recommend this restaurant, and will continue returning.
Spectacular curry. Me and my father visited before we went to see Iron Maiden. I highly recommend the Goan Curry. Stunning!
Very nice Indian food, however I didn't realise that there would be a £10 service charge and £15 tax but other than that it was very nice. The atmosphere suited the food, and the service was quick. And there was only 3 of us in total we paid £98
Absolutely one of the BEST Indian Cuisine I’ve had honestly… as I went out with my wife yesterday late afternoon and she enjoyed as much as I did although she is salad lover ate all of it but DEFINITELY GOING BACK in the future
Came here for lunch, the chicken tikka was amazing and was so freshly prepared (managed to capture some photos of them putting in a clay oven fresh). The restaurant is nice and clean and the waiter who served us was so tentative, it’s been forever since a waiter has ran to the door to open the door me. All the little gestures are appreciated in this place.

Went there a few days ago with friends and family. Had an enjoyable meal. The food was very tasty and the atmosphere was great. Staffs were very friendly. The toilet was bit small but nice and clean. Spent about 2 hours and enjoyed the vibes of O2 while seating outside. Food price is okay considering the place, however, quantity can be improved. Overall a decent place to eat desi food and particularly Halal food in O2 area.
Food was overall ok, but didnt like the spice flavour in plain yellow rice, liked the paneer and chicken kabab, lamb sheek kabab was not up to the mark, nothing special. Stuff was well mannered, but will find better restaurant next time.
Yummy food and a breezy ambience! Special mention to Sharmili who served us. Good customer service.
Wow, what a meal at Scarlet Rasoi! The place has a great vibe and the food was seriously good.
The Chicken Wings were some of the best I've ever had. Juicy, tender, with a sauce that was a real flavor bomb. The Prawns were spot on too - cooked just right and tasted fresh.
And the Noodles? Didn't expect to have such tasty noodles at an Indian restaurant, but they totally nailed it. It was a great blend of flavors and veggies.
The cocktails were the cherry on top - well-mixed, not too strong or too sweet, just right.
But what stood out was the service. Ben, the manager, really knows his stuff and made sure we had a great time.
All in all, Scarlet Rasoi was a hit - amazing food, cool drinks, and top-notch service. Can't wait to go back!
We went here before a concert. I thought the food was good, but not excellent. The two dishes I had was garlic naan and Samosa chaat. Garlic naan was absolutely fine, but I thought the Samosa chaat had too many sauces, which was overpowering, and made the dish sweet which wasn’t great as I couldn’t even finish the dish because of that.
