The service was perfect. The place was empty when we arrived, just after lunch. We asked for a mocha, a hot chocolate, and two scoops of vanilla ice cream. We went with kids, and the staff was absolutely gentle. We used the toilet and it was completely clean. I do recommend this place. It's also beutiful and modern inside.
Beer was great. Fish was crisp and fresh, but a little bland. Overall a very nice dinner.
Absolutely love this place. Matheus & Tamzin always look after us so well, even when it’s busy. Food always top notch and a good drinks selection. Couldn’t recommend it enough.

Cocktails were fab and a decent variety of beers and ales satisfied the boys too.

I visited The White Haus for their first event, The Garden Supper Club. My experience was lovely, from the very moment of arrival, till the moment of leaving the place. We were welcomed with a nice drink on arrival, followed by wonderful food paired with additional drinks. I really enjoyed the fresh vibes of the menu and, as a plus, all the dishes were wonderfully decorated and presented. We were accommodated to the private Pery Room, which was decorated with "flowery themes". Finally, the experience was made even more special by a goodie bag that we were invited to take home at the end of the event. I personally had a great first experience and would recommend this place with no reservations!
Stumbled across this place by chance and was extremely happy with everything. Went for lunch with a friend and the staff are super friendly. They catered well for gluten free and vegan. I had the most amazing gluten free brownie and ice cream and vegan chilli. I also sat upstairs to work after as it was peaceful and comfortable. Very happy with my find and will come back again.

Wonderful place! Lots of cosy seats, the food is phenomenal (and so reasonably priced for London!), the staff are just lovely. Highly recommend!
Lovely atmosphere, good food, friendly and highly well done service. Matheus was on top of his game and took care of us all night.
We had a staff function here using the mezzanine floor as a semi private dining area. The venue is fantastic, the upstairs area was spacious, warm, the gondola was a unique addition and the couch area with a fireplace also adds to the Après-ski vibe. The sound system is great and the private bar is close by and well manned. Edie was amazing, she looking after our every need, and was always on hand if we needed help or had a question. She served us all quickly, with a smile and we were so grateful for her help. Thank you! The food was quick to come out, and was a great menu offering with all basis covered. We had a fantastic evening and recommend the White Haus to any business/party as a great event location. Thanks to Ben for all your help in bringing the event together on the night.
I mean it is definitely not like any apres ski place I've been too.
It's really clean, quiet and friendly - all positives but not apres!
Drinks menu is great with loads of whiskeys and gins and a nice selection of beers.
Staff are really friendly and helpful.
Would recommend if you're in the area.
